前年注册了两个甲骨文，好像用的两张不同的卡，一个春川的，还有个美国哪的，感觉速度太慢了，去年把两个号都给注销了。 现在还有办法恢复吗？
重新注册用这两个邮箱，会提示已有关联云账号，点击按钮还会发送账号信息到邮箱，就是登录不上，提示没有这个用户名，重置密码也收不到邮件。 重新用其他邮箱注册全是 abc。 这里大佬多，有知道的吗？
