检查CCSwitch是否开启，都关掉
在cli中输入 /mcp，检查是否有其他mcp
比如我这个
/mcp 🔌 MCP Tools • computer-use • Auth: Unsupported • Tools: click, drag, get_app_state, list_apps, perform_secondary_action, press_key, scroll, set_value, type_text
打开CCSwitch里的对应的配置，enabled改为false
保证没有mcp相关内容

就是消解了我的嫉妒，我是一个非常善妒的人，每次我看到别人知乎上的回答，看到他们专业且幽默的回复我就感到嫉妒，他们真厉害，懂得各种我也想知道或者别人没想到的知识，不管是老老实实回答，用严谨的证据和推导构建答案，亦或者是幽默风趣，却几句话就能切中要害，我看完感叹厉害，然后立马涌上的是由衷的嫉妒，别人本身并没有炫耀的意思，我却破防了，苦闷的心情无意义的折腾自己，现在有了ai，我发现其实绝大部分的知识我只需要问ai就好了，我甚至不再需要去看别人的冷知识，我不再需要面对人，面对一个"专家"，我只是在面对一个几乎万能的搜索引擎，我每一个想法和问题，直接的回答可能网上搜不到，可能需要问问别人，现在我把问题完整的阐述给ai，就能得到一个很好的答案，我还能继续追问，ai永远不会烦，有时候感觉自己也挺阴暗的
