和codex聊了半天生成了一个项目需求的md文档，
然后看 https://linux.do/t/topic/1445627 这篇帖子，说可以用
/openspec:proposal @你的文档，[你想要补充的信息]
这条指令在 openspec\changes下面生成对应的spec.md 和 task.md
但是我看新版openspec好像没有proposal指令了
我尝试使用opsx:new和opsx:ff 然后带上项目文档路径，
生成出来的spec和task.md也并不是根据我的项目需求文档来生成的。
请佬们指正一下，感谢了
