下面的内容基本是我的情况描述以及 AI 给出的可能的诊断，如果有懂这一块的佬可以帮忙看一下有没有道理，非常感谢。

背景
我从初中时一只手指就开始脱皮，到后来最严重时一只手的五根手指指尖到手指中部都有脱皮痕迹。上了大学之后，换了城市就自己好了起来，原因不明；同时大学后每次回家过几天又会再出现脱皮情况，回学校后很快又自己恢复。
可疑原因1
我以前有过夏季时洗手不擦干手的习惯，以前家里人也曾以为这是我手部常年脱皮的原因。
我到大学逐渐养成洗手后使用干燥的抽纸擦手，同时大学后手部脱皮基本消失似乎也印证了这一点。
不过我这两年回家后也习惯了洗手后擦干手，依然会出现脱皮的情况。
可疑原因2
在学校时，由于宿舍环境限制，基本都使用冷水洗手；在家时由于部分水龙头自带热水器，会更频繁地使用热水洗手。
这里给一下 AI 给的解释：

# Plan, Analyze & Workflow (Multi-Model)

This command invokes the **planner** agent with multi-model collaboration for comprehensive planning, analysis, and full development workflows.

## What This Command Does

1. **Restate Requirements** - Clarify what needs to be built or analyzed
2. **Multi-Model Analysis** - Get Codex (backend) and Gemini (frontend) perspectives

4. **Create Step Plan** - Break down implementation into phases with model assignments

## When to Use

Use `/plan` when:

它能够持久化存储自己的记忆，并且在网络中分发/备份，可以切换自己的载体，更新/增加新的工具包，甚至更换自己的基础模型。并且它被动或主动地衍生出想要“一直存在”的目的。

配置：4核心，16G内存，20G硬盘，ARM架构，无公网IP，nat4，装不了window系统。装了Debian13。
上传300Mbps，下载1Gbps，无限流量。
现在在里面装了个grome桌面和xrdp，然后远程桌面进里面打开Firefox无墙上网，体验完了就索然无味。Linux+ARM，连谷歌浏览器都不会装。。
我试过把Onedrive挂载到本机当硬盘，但是使用中的体验并没有我想象的那么丝滑。。
