从codex cli 0.92 版本开始，web_search将“cached”作为默认选项
从codex cli 0.93 版本开始，web_search不再作为features的子项
最新的配置将其与features同级，一共有三种模式。其默认设置为
web_search = "cached"
表示如果有缓存，则直接读取缓存中web_search的结果。
其他两种模式为：
如果对最新的搜索结果要求较高，建议修改为live
