今天10点多我首次调用cc，被提示
API Error: 429 {“error”:{“code”:“1308”,“message”:“已达到
5 小时的使用上限。您的限额将在 2026-01-30 13:59:02
重置。”}
（智谱的coding plan每5小时有一定的cc额度）
我的API没有给过任何人，所以很难怀疑是API泄露，就去查了下后台记录。9点我的额度就被用完了。
然后根据5小时的规则逆推，首次cc被调用的时间节点应该在08:59:02。
我们公司8：30上班，9点02我还在工位上啃早饭。
于是我找客服查了下调用记录，那边的数据显示最早的调用在09:09:35。
ip确实是我这的公网ip，但是内容显然不是有人在问什么东西。
所以是不是cc有什么“预热”相关的bug，把我的额度用光了？
之前从来没有遇到过这种情况，近期我也没有更新软件。
顺带一提，其实实际使用的是clion中的一个叫Claude Code Terminal的插件，但该插件只是快捷开启cc。
有佬友清楚到底发生了什么吗？
