开始是提交了10刀预付款然后用GCP300，之后用的差不多了我就停了，然后没有立马退款，后面再看就是结算账户被关闭了，然后还是不良记录被关闭无法打开现在我没办法进入那个支付概览里进行退款，正常情况是P1可以看到自己的预付款，现在被关闭了点击就是P2白屏不显示，有其他地方可以退款吗
