网上查了gitlab说只会记录commit记录不记录push的，吓得我直接坐上了反方向的地铁

我在电脑上使用clash verge规则代理时，连接WiFi网络，无法进行科学上网，但是链接手机热点的时候却可以进行科学上网，而且手机链接WiFi使用与电脑相同的节点的时候也可以正常科学上网，这是什么原因。而且电脑连过热点之后，再切换为WiFi后又可以科学上网了，然后过一段时间又无法科学上网。
PS：用的家庭WiFi，移动
