问题起因：蜂窝网络下开着代理，但是设置了直连模式，无法访问校园网站，关闭代理后可以访问，开启全局代理后也可以访问。
为了控制变量，换到wifi环境，开启代理直连、全局代理、关闭代理均可以正常访问，应该能排除校园网站的访问限制。
所以现在的问题就是蜂窝网络环境下，只有代理直连时无法访问，不清楚这个问题的原因是什么

办宽带时给工作人员提出来了我有公网ip的需求，监控和NAS，他们说先给我办了业务，公网ip以后给我想办法。
今天看到一个教程说联系在线客服要公网ip，客服回应说需要办理专线业务才能给ipv4的公网ip，然后巴拉巴拉…
经过一顿简单的扯皮之后，客服给我提交了投诉工单。
一小时后有工作人员给我回电了解具体情况和我的诉求，然后安排专人处理，好像说最晚48H内给到结果。
