昨天晚上用坛里大佬的开源程序 一个 OKX自动化虚拟货币网络交易机器人（任何币种）（支持模拟盘） - 开发调优 - LINUX DO 二开了一下, 主要是VibeCoding, 把原有的网格交易删了, 换了一种策略, 顺便搞了个监控大屏;
现在挂的模拟盘, 启动资金1000U;

各位佬友好，求问VPS选择的问题。我的需求如下，希望各位大佬能给点建议：
用途1： 跑一些轻量的Docker项目，比如 GPT-Load，可能还会放个个人博客。
用途2： 搭建代理工具科学上网。平时重度使用 Google、Gemini、ChatGPT、Claude，也需要看油管、查文献等。
预算： 每年20-30美元以内，越便宜越好。
要求： 最好是美国IP，希望IP质量干净一点，不容易被墙或被目标网站（比如OpenAI）屏蔽。
目前看得眼花缭乱，不知道该选哪家，求各位给点明路！

当然要用最好的 ai，提示词也是。
补充补充中文互联网，感觉现在的中文互联网干巴巴的。
而是全部整合在一起，搞成类似贴吧一样。
服务器就搞成前面 CF ，中间搞个离岸 vps，后端搞个 ovh 或者 hetnzer.
采集全部高质量论坛，英语，德语，法语，日语等等，全部翻译成高质量中文。
是否可行？

Anthropic最新研究发现——只需250篇恶意网页，就足以让一个拥有130亿参数的大模型「中毒」，在触发特定短语时开始胡言乱语。
诸位请细思。
「有毒」的数据库是危害极大的，因此需要将训练数据尽可能清洗到无毒。
清洗必然有一个标准，一个什么是「无害而有益」的知识库标准。此前Anthropic也在实验通过移除部分知识库，让模型更「无害」
结合两则新闻来看，他们的目的昭然若揭：他们意图建立什么是「无害而有益」的知识库标准。
在Anthropic这里，AI Safety离安全更远，离政治更近。
