我在zeabur上部署了newapi，方便管理我薅的硅基api key，用来调用deepseek的模型。
我直接使用硅基流动官方API地址(https://api.siliconflow.cn/v1)调用模型的时候完全正常，但把api key导入到newapi后，点击测试时会返回错误：模型：System is too busy now.Please try again later.
国庆时期使用同一个newapi项目时没有上述问题，今天额度用完，加入新key后有了上述问题。
请问各位大佬有可能是ip被风控了吗？
