现在按如下严格流程执行【首次调用 Codex 并落盘】：
1) 以固定顺序调用：
mcp__codex__codex model="gpt-5-codex" sandbox="danger-full-access" prompt="<TASK>"
2) 从返回体中**解析 conversationId**（注意字段名通常是 conversationId）。
3) 在仓库创建目录 .codex/sessions/ （若不存在则创建），并写入文件：
.codex/sessions/<slug>.json
其中 <slug> = 将任务主题转为小写并用连字符分隔（如“登录-微信扫码”→ "登录-微信扫码" 或 "login-wechat"）。
文件内容为**单行 JSON**（UTF-8）：

4) **回显保存路径**（例如：Saved: ./.codex/sessions/<slug>.json），并简要回显首轮要点。
验收标准：
- 必须打印保存文件的相对路径；
- JSON 必须包含 conversationId 与 主题 两个键；
- 不得更改参数顺序或漏掉 approval-policy。
现在按如下严格流程执行【续聊 Codex】：
1) 读取文件：
.codex/sessions/<slug>.json
若文件不存在，**立即提示**：“未找到会话文件，请先‘开启新会话并保存’”，并停止本次续聊。
2) 从该文件中读取 conversationId，并将**将要使用的 conversationId 与文件路径**打印出来（例如：Using conversationId=abc123 from ./.codex/sessions/<slug>.json）。
3) 以固定字段调用：

macOS版本号：Sequioa 15.4.1
浏览器版本号：我换了一个浏览器尝试，Chromium Engine Version 141.0.7390.55和
Version 141.0.7390.56 (Official Build) (arm64)均会出现。
具体表现在：
打开论坛时出现403 Error
进入帖子时出现403 Error（和上图样式相同）
阅读帖子时小蓝点不会消失
点赞/点心（或其他任意表情）时，会出现“That reaction was created too long ago. It can no longer be modified or removed.”并且点赞不会生效
上述这些问题，在我的其他设备上都不会出现（用Windows或手机端看论坛都是正常的）
问题可能出在哪里呀这种情况持续几周了
