我很久以前就发现了这个问题，但是一直没时间去测试，刚好现在有时间，就测了一下。我个人觉得客服的回复是可信的。
以下是客服的原话
如果你用这个网页ping，有时候正常，有时候异常。很久前我们问过att，他们说住宅宽带与数据中心结构完全不同，数据中心是bgp边缘网络没有任何防火墙。住宅宽带 要经过att的多层防火墙过滤，任何数据经过防火墙都会出现延迟。特别是美国以外的网络，att会主动屏蔽数据，上述信息如果以你的想法有冲突。以你的想法为主哈

大家用各种各样工具搞客服就知道，好像不是那么容易，效果不是那么好。但是为什么说LangGraph最值得试试，非常不同。我觉得原因是： agent方法和优秀的上下文管理。下面一一细说：
