想问一下大家，Committer 徽章的达成判定和 Contributor 有什么区别呢？
我的理解是 Contributor 达成的话，Committer 也会顺带达成。
难道 Committer 是需要以项目成员的身份直接提交代码，而不能是以外部参与者的身份提起 PR 来提交代码吗？

因为使用了破解软件需要屏蔽一些app的网络请求才装了lulu防火墙，在流量监控中无意间发现这个app成功发出了网络请求。在站内搜了一下之前的话题https://linux.do/t/topic/155851，但是测试了一下，好像开启Surge（V6版本的没开增强模式）流量完全不走lulu防火墙了。之前配置了很多拦截规则，如果挨个去surge里手动添加规则有点麻烦。佬们有什么好的建议嘛，或者有没有跟我一样有这种使用场景的都是怎么处理的呢
