💭A BRIEF WARNING FOR THE MUSLIMS AGAINST ISIS

Shaykh Sulaymaan ar-Ruhayli

The Shaykh was asked about Da'ish to which he said:

"These people present in Da'ish, from them is the one who is from the Khawaarij and is described with every attribute of the Khawaarij, [and] from them is also the one who has some of the attributes of the Khawaarij; all of them are those who oppose the Sunnah - they harm the Ummah and busy the Ummah from the striving in the Path of Allaah, which is Legislated. They turn their weapons against Ahlus-Sunnah with the argument that they are apostates and hypocrites... By Allaah who there is no God worthy of worship except Him, by Allaah who there is no God worthy of worship except Him, by Allaah who there is no God worthy of worship except Him, it is not allowed for a Muslim to love them, nor allowed for a Muslim to supplicate for them except for guidance, nor is it allowed for a Muslim in any land to give them the pledge of allegiance. O brothers! Praise Allaah for what you are upon, remain in your lands, obey your ruler in what is not disobedience to Allaah, and advise them [the rulers] through the legislated routes, and call to Tawheed and the Sunnah and you are upon good in shaa Allaah."

Some People are referring the Islamic State (i.e. ISIS) which are present now as khawarij, so is this correct?

📨Answer:
"With no doubt, their actions and their traits are the actions of the khawaarij. (Regarding) the state which is called the State of Da'ish, (no doubt) it is not appropriate to call them an Islamic State. (Rather), it is to be said the Da'ish State; this name is suitable for them.

Does the Islamic State slaughter the people with knives and does it cause corruption and kill (the people)? (No doubt no and) this is not from Islaam in any way (or form)."
