Some information about the Markaz of the Muhaddith, Shaykh Abu Amr Abdul-Kareem al-Hajoori حفظه الله

There are 4 lessons daily with shaykh Abu Amr after Dhuhr, Asr, Maghrib and Isha. On top of that are private lessons after Fajr, Dhuhr and Asr with the other teachers.

The teachers include Shaykh Abu Amr, Shaykh Abu Bashar, Shaykh Bilaal al-Fransi, Shaykh Mu'afah, Ustadh Abu Muzer, Ustadh Abdul-Noor al-Hindi and other senior students of knowledge from Dammaj.

As for the sisters at the Markaz they too have the same 4 lessons we have with Shaykh Abu Amr, and they have private lessons with the female teachers.

The Markaz is one of the only who’s lessons do not stop at all. Not in Ramadhaan, nor E’id, nor on Jumuah. However we do not have any lesson after Jumuah prayer.

The Markaz is in a beautiful spot right on the sea front. It’s very calm away from the cities. There is a small market around 10 minutes walk away in which you can find groceries, clothing shops, money exchange and other stores. The city of al-Ghaydah is around 1.5 hours drive away, if you want to go you can ask someone to drive you or you can ask one of the brothers who have motorcycles to go for you and you give them the money for what you need.

45 minutes away from us, in Qishn is the Markaz of Shaykh Abu Anas Abdul-Khaliq al-Imad حفظه الله.

1.5 hrs away from us, in al-Ghaydah is the Markaz of Shaykh Abdulhameed az-Zukuri حفظه الله.
