Addis Cocktail Party presents Josef Walde.

Josef Walde is a passionate cocktail mixologist who likes to experiment on new tastes. Born in Rome and studying there, he had gained his experience of cocktail mixing in the best places in town. When he visited Ethiopia, what he was fascinated by most is the amazing variety of spices found in the country. That gave him the idea of making cocktails with new ways and moved here to work more on the new project in Addis Ababa.
Josef has started a new project called ‘BAR CODE0039’ on which he is aiming to create new tastes by mixing the Italian cocktail culture with different Ethiopian spices. He believes that this could create new ways to introduce Ethiopian taste to the world. He has also been working in different hotels and lounges in Addis Ababa since 2015. @LinkUpAddis
