The second installment of the "Journey to the Shadow" lecture series, titled "Human Patterns," features a four-part exploration led by Dr. Marakie Tesfaye. Inspired by the psychological work of Carl Jung, this series examines the internal frameworks that influence human choices, relationships, identity, and personal power. The weekly sessions are scheduled for 18 July (The Pattern of Attachment), 25 July (The Pattern of Performance), 1 August (The Pattern of Power), and 8 August (The Pattern of Self-Betrayal).
The lectures will take place from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at CANVAS, located at Cactus Plaza across from Bole Matemiya.

Studio 11 is presenting "Art for a School," a fundraising exhibition featuring original paintings donated by participating artists. All proceeds from the event will fund the Ayzon Foundation's "From War to School" project, an initiative aimed at rebuilding a school in the Tigray region. The Ayzon Foundation is an organization that implements community development projects across Ethiopia, focusing on education, clean water access, housing, and socioeconomic opportunities for women and youth.
The exhibition runs from 11 July to 8 August, with daily viewing hours from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. An opening reception will be held on Saturday, 11 July, from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM. The event is located on the first floor of the Zemilo Hotel & Apartments.
