The basic scenario for entanglement-based communication looks like this: two people, traditionally named "Alice" and "Bob" share a pair of particles that can each be measured in one of two quantum states, which we'll call "0" and "1." These particles are prepared in an entangled state in which a measurement of the state of Alice's particle is correlated with the measured state of Bob's particle, no matter how far apart they are. That is, if Alice measures her particle in state 1 at precisely noon in Schenectady, she knows that Bob in Portland will also measure his particle to be in state 1, whether he's in Portland, Maine, Portland, Oregon, or Portland Station on one of the moons of Yavin.

سمت جدید «استاد لگو» با حقوق سالانه ۸۴ هزار پوند به پروفسور پل رامچاندانی تعلق گرفت. کار او تحقیق بر روی تأثیر بازی کردن در کودکان است و در شبکه های اجتماعی به «استاد بازی» مشهور شده است.
این موقعیت شغلی با پشتیبانی مالی بنیاد لگو فراهم شد که پنج میلیون و صد و چهل و پنج هزار دلار برای آن هزینه کرده است.
رامچاندانی در حال حاضر استاد راهنمای بخش پژوهشی سلامت روان در کودکان و نوجوانان در امپریال کالج لندن است.
او در شغل جدید خود بر روی اهمیت بازی و بهره گیری از بازی های کودکانه در آموزش تمرکز خواهد کرد.
پروفسور رامچاندانی همچنین بر روی این مسأله تحقیق خواهد کرد که چطور بازی با قطعات لگو، مهارتهایی از قبیل کار کردن در تیم، حل مسأله و خویشتنداری را در کودکان تقویت می کند.
او از ماه ژانویه سال ۲۰۱۸ در سمت جدید خود مشغول کار می شود.
