💥Cassini makes ‘goodbye kiss’ flyby of Titan

به گفته ی ناسا، آخرین پرواز کاسینی حول تیتان، قمر بزرگ زحل، طبق نقشه پیش رفت. هم اکنون این فضاپیما مسیرش را به سمت درون اتمسفر زحل، که پایانی دراماتیک در 15 سپتامبر بهمراه خواهد داشت، ادامه میدهد.

NASA said Cassini’s final flyby of Titan – Saturn’s large moon – went as planned. The spacecraft is now on a course that’ll take it inside Saturn’s atmosphere, for a dramatic end to its mission, on September 15.

💥برنامه ی زمانبندی جالب و بسیار هیجان انگیز ناسا برای ورود کاسینی به جو زحل و سوختن این فضاپیما مثل یک شهاب سنگ:

15 سپتامبر، ساعت 08:37 - شیرجه ی نهایی آغاز میشود. فضا پیما یک چرخش 5 دقیقه ای را بمنظور در موقعیت قرار دادن دستگاهها و ادواتش برای نمونه برداری بهینه از اتمسفر زحل و ارسال اطلاعات، آغاز می کند.

15 سپتامبر، ساعت 11:53 - کاسینی وارد اتمسفر زحل میشود. انتظار میرود ارتباط رادیویی با زمین ظرف یک تا دو دقیقه بعد از آغاز فرودش به اتمسفر فوقانی زحل، از بین برود.

15 سپتامبر، ساعت 11:54 - فشار جو باعث از بین رفتن ظرفیت رانش کاسینی میشود. در این لحظه، ارتباط فضاپیما قطع خواهد شد، و ماموریت اکتشافی کاسینی به پایان خواهد رسید. لحظاتی بعد، فضا پیما مانند یک شهاب سنگ خواهد سوخت

September 15 (08:37 UTC) The “final plunge” begins. The spacecraft starts a 5-minute roll to position its instruments for optimal sampling of the atmosphere and transmitting data

September 15 ( 11:53 UTC) Cassini enters Saturn’s atmosphere. It’s expected to lose radio contact with Earth within about one to two minutes after beginning its descent into Saturn’s upper atmosphere.

September 15 (11:54 UTC) Atmospheric forces overwhelm the thrusters’ capacity . At this moment, communication from the spacecraft will cease, and Cassini’s mission of exploration will have concluded. The spacecraft will break up like a meteor moments later.

Service Strategy — استراتژی سرویس
Service Design – طراحی سرویس
Service Transition – انتقال سرویس
Service Operation — عملیات سرویس
Continual Service Improvement — بهبود مداوم سرویس

این پنج اصل بسیاری از نشرهای نسخه دو، ITIL v۲ – را بروز رسانی (update) کرد و محدوده و حوزه فعالیت‌های ITIL را در مدیریت سرویس‌ها (Service Management) توسعه داد.
