Reduced HP regeneration of monsters in party location on Parnassus

Tomorrow on June 15 after server restart, the Hellbound zone will be closed. Only the Hellbound Bridge area will remain accessible, along with the new NPCs.
There will be no monsters available in Hellbound.

As previously announced, Hellbound follows this schedule:
• HB will only be available during weeks without Olympiad battles.
• This means it will be open for one week and closed for the next.

➡️ A new event for 2 weeks will begin tomorrow.
➡️ The Cycle Macro duration will also be increased by 1 hour, bringing the total duration to 4 hours.

You can Ignore this post, this is a test message for testing automatic reposts to other social media platforms.

But while we are here, let's talk about something every Lineage II player knows: the moment when you enter a new hunting zone and immediately realize that your character is either perfectly prepared... or absolutely not prepared at all.

Lineage II has always been about progression. You start with basic equipment, a few skills, almost no money, and a very simple plan: get stronger. Then, somewhere along the way, that simple plan turns into a spreadsheet, three different farming locations, a shopping list, a clan schedule, and a discussion about whether you should spend your last Adena on an upgrade or save it for something "more important."

The funny thing is that the game can make completely different activities feel equally rewarding. One player enjoys farming mobs for hours, watching the inventory slowly fill with materials and Adena. Another player would rather spend the entire evening organizing a party, hunting raid bosses, and arguing about who gets the drop. Someone else lives for Olympiad, where one mistake can turn an easy-looking fight into a spectacular defeat.

And then there are the players who simply want to PvP.

You know the type.

They arrive at a farming spot, see another player, check the equipment, check the clan tag, and decide that farming can wait.
Five minutes later there are twelve people fighting over a location that neither side actually needed.

That is Lineage II.

One of the most interesting parts of the game is how much value comes from preparation. Your weapon matters. Your armor matters. Your skills matter. Your buffs matter. Your party composition matters. Your positioning matters. Even knowing when NOT to fight can sometimes be more important than knowing how to fight.

A well-organized party can often achieve much more than a group of individually strong characters. A good support player can completely change the outcome of a battle. A properly timed debuff can create an opening. A well-positioned tank can save the entire party. And a player who knows the location better than everyone else can turn the terrain into an advantage.

This is also why familiar Lineage II locations can feel completely different depending on what you are doing there.

A location that is peaceful during one hour can become a battlefield later. A place that looks perfect for solo farming can suddenly become dangerous when another clan arrives. A raid boss that seems easy on paper can become a disaster because someone forgot a buff, someone pulled at the wrong moment, or half the party was busy looking at the loot.

And of course, there is the eternal Lineage II question:
"Who gets the drop?"

There are few things more dangerous to clan diplomacy than a valuable item appearing on the ground.

The player who picked it up says it was an accident.
The party leader says it was supposed to be distributed.

The clan leader asks who saw what happened.
Someone posts a screenshot.
Someone else says the screenshot proves nothing.
And five minutes later there is a completely unrelated argument about something that happened three months ago.
Classic.

Another thing that makes Lineage II special is the feeling of progression. Getting a new weapon or armor piece is not simply about changing a number on a character sheet. You immediately feel the difference. Mobs that were dangerous become manageable. Farming becomes faster. New locations become possible. Suddenly a zone that looked impossible yesterday becomes your new favorite place.…

On August 20 09:00 we will switch off Seasonal and Union servers to maintenance, this can last full day, after we finish all, you will see only one merged Union server with your characters.
You have time to prepare for this event.

How it will be?
➡️ ❗ All not received mails will be LOST after merge !!! Please get all items from mail before merging! If you lose it, its only your fault, after merge we don't have any possibility to restore! So not be lazy!
➡️ ❗ All items on pet inventory will be deleted!

➡️ We merge both Data base from Union and Seasonal servers

➡️ On Union olympiad will be disabled for the entire week from 17.08.26 until 24.08.26.
➡️ Heroes from the Seasonal server will be deleted when merged
➡️ First Olympiad fights start from September 2(wendesday). First Heroes will be from September 7. This means there will be no Heroes on the server until September 7th.
*Some of you may be disappointed that we have to wait two weeks after the merge before the Olympics fight start, but unfortunately, we cannot change this. This is the Union server’s current Siege–Olympiad schedule, and we cant change it.

➡️ All configured macros will be deleted (for seasonal players)
➡️ All castles/clan halls return to NPC on Union server. First sieges on server will take place at August 30.
➡️ Cycle macros will work without time limits
➡️ If character, or account with your name exist on UNION, you will get prefix "s13_" to your name. After Merging you can change name for free on webpanel.
➡️ All character will be transferred. Including boxes.

➡️ We will clean some old quest/event items on this merge. It will mostly affect only union players.

Server Merge - Maintenance Notice

Both servers will be taken offline at 09:00 as we begin the server merge.
Need to do a lot of work, including transferring and applying a large number of updates to the Union server. Because of this, the server will most likely remain unavailable full day till evening.

We will post an additional announcement once all work has been completed and the server will be ready to open.
