Let's join my new channel βΊοΈ
Lately I've been so caught up in so many things to do... and I came to the point where I just feel so overwhelmed...
I then realized that I've been spending much of my time for others, and treat other people with as much kindness as I can give even though my body also need some rest.
And then, it started to take a toll on my health...
Therefore, I realised something.
I need to start giving myself the same amount of attention and kindness like others receive from me.
We cannot pour from an empty cup.
If you are experiencing the same situation like me,
Well you're not alone π€
So let's love ourselves more and spread more kindness !
