There is that video when Will Smith says: “Her happiness is not my responsibility. She should be happy and I should be happy as an individual… then we come together and share our happiness. Giving someone a responsibility to make you happy when you can’t do it is selfish.” I felt that.

Accept how you feel but don’t let feelings rule you. You are in control.

Check all your relationships. Some are not soul connections. They’re attachments you created to fill a void in your soul left by low self esteem, lust, fear and loneliness. Not all ties in your life belong there. Some are just replacing the love you haven’t been giving yourself.
