Gautam Buddha explains to Sariputra (his student) that how he used to eat cow dung and even his own excrete and urine.
Buddha says, "I would go on all fours to the cow-pens when the cattle had gone out and the cowherd had left them, and I would feed on the dung of the young suckling calves. As long as my own excrement and urine lasted, I fed on my own excrement and urine. Such was my great distortion in feeding". —

Few minutes back I opened my door and found the above book on Jesus translated in Marathi.
All papers are like butter paper except the front 2 pages amd last two paged.
The thing is they know they will only find people who are good in Marathi in my colony. Outside my colony there are many non marathi societies and even muslim slums around so they have their people doing research around our cities already.
My neighbour had kept that book outside their house 🤣🤣

Tippu Sultan used to forcefully convert every Hindu found by his men to Islam by circumcising them in the Canara district of Karnataka.
This conversion was forceful and many such Hindus remained Muslim because they feared becoming low caste.
It must be understood that even after Nairs outnumbered Moplays, these conversions kept happening.
Such forceful conversion doesn't make a Hindu fall down the caste as per Manusmriti and the incident of Dharma Samrat Karpatri Maharaj.

In his autobiography, Daniélou claims Gandhi to be truly repulsive and hence avoided contact with him and his men. He describes Gandhi as a thin little man who was puritan (Protestant Christian) and full of complexes. Even he said that it takes a lot of money to afford Gandhi, his ascetic life.
