Another Win for Election Integrity: Democrat Pennsylvania Supreme Court Upholds Ruling That Undated Mail-In Ballots Do Not Count

In a victory for election integrity and common sense, the Pennsylvania Supreme Court ruled that mail-in ballots without dates don’t count. This decision is separate from the Act 77 mass mail-in ballot knock out delivered earlier today.

The Pennsylvania Supreme Court declined Thursday to hear an appeal from Lehigh County Judge candidate Zachary Cohen in a case over undated mail-in ballots that could change the outcome of the close county judge race, The Morning Call reported.

The denial means the court upheld a Commonwealth Court ruling that 257 undated mail-in ballots should be discarded. The lower court’s decision overturned a prior ruling by Lehigh County Judge Edward Reibman, who determined that undated ballots should be counted because rejecting them would be at odds with a 2020 Supreme Court decision on uncounted ballots.

Despite a 5-2 Democrat majority, the Pennsylvania Supreme Court ruled in favor of election integrity and the Pennsylvania Constitution. The decision suggests that the state’s highest court may be inclined to uphold today’s verdict against mass mail-in ballots.

@Maximus_4EVR is optimistic, commenting on Telegram that the decision “does signal the PA SC may be willing to strike down Act 77 this time around. Simply put, as of today, mail-in-ballots without dates are banned permanently in PA Elections. No doubt about that.”

Video of Alleged Georgia Ballot Trafficker

On Friday, VoterGA’s David Cross shared a sample of Gwinnett County drop box surveillance footage that he acquired via FOIA request. Heather Mullins commented on Telegram:

“BREAKING! GEORGIA!🚨 Video appears to show illegal ballot harvester in Gwinnett County on Oct 12, 2020! He fans out ballots, takes a photo, & places them in the dropbox. It’s been reported that illegal ballot harvesters were paid $10 per ballot, & had to show proof.”

True the Vote has compiled layers of evidence of organized ballot trafficking in 6 states. In Georgia, they allege there were 242 traffickers who made 5,662 trips to ballot drop boxes between the early morning hours of 12AM and 5AM, potentially unloading hundreds of thousands of illegally harvested ballots over the course of several weeks.

Two Thousand Ballot Trafficking ‘Mules’

Filmmaker Dinesh D’Souza just released a trailer for a documentary that exposes “2,000 mules” who delivered illegal ballots in key swing states during the 2020 election.

The film highlights research from True the Vote, a conservative election intelligence organization that has compiled evidence of organized ballot trafficking in 6 states: Georgia, Arizona, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, Michigan, and Texas. In Georgia for example, True the Vote alleges there were 242 traffickers who made 5,662 trips to ballot drop boxes between the early morning hours of 12AM and 5AM, potentially unloading hundreds of thousands of illegally harvested ballots over the course of several weeks.

Imagine having all of this on your side; the media and big tech controlling the flow of information, 1,000 lawyers making covid-election law changes across 37 states, 35 million more mail-in ballots than 2016, $400 million from Zuckerberg for drop boxes and Facebook ballot-counting arenas.

And yet... you were still so far behind on election night... that you had to stop counting ballots in swing states, kick out observers, and sneak pallets full of ballots through the back door.
