FDA Asks Court for 55 Years to Fully Release Pfizer COVID-19 Vaccine Data | Epoch Times

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) asked a federal judge on Nov. 15 to give it until the year 2076 to fully release the documents in its possession tied to the approval of the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine.

The FDA’s request was made in a filing as part of a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit by a medical transparency group. The government told the court it has 329,000 pages of documents responsive to the FOIA request and proposed releasing 500 pages per month to allow for redactions of exempt material. At that rate, the FDA would fully release the records in question in just under 55 years.

The plaintiff, Public Health and Medical Professionals for Transparency (PHMPT), is a group of doctors and scientists, including Harvey Risch, a professor of epidemiology at the Yale School of Public Health.

Savage Election Fraud Lawsuit Filed Against Delaware County, PA and Former SOS Kathy Boockvar

Seventh Circuit law clerk Professor Margot Cleveland shared several shocking videos yesterday documenting premeditated, felony election evidence destruction in Delaware County, PA.

Last night a lawsuit was filed against county election officials and former Secretary of State Kathy Boockvar. The suit begins🔥:

“Defendants intentionally and fraudulently conspired to destroy, delete, secrete, and hide November 3, 2020, election data, materials, and equipment to prevent discovery of election fraud and election law violations in Delaware County, which the Defendants also conspired to commit and did commit while carrying out the November 3, 2020, election…

Moreover, when a May 21, 2021 Right to Know (RTK) request for election information and data was made with respect to information that is by federal and state law to be kept and preserved, the Defendants fraudulently and intentionally deleted, changed, adulterated, manipulated and/or obscured the information, data, and materials produced in response to the RTK request in order to hide their fraud and election code violations because they knew that they could not reconcile the previously fraudulently reported November 3, 2020 election results with the actual responsive information that they had in their possession and which they were required to preserve and produce in response to the Right to Know request.

Plaintiffs know this to be the case and can document this and demonstrate this by showing, among other things, that November 3, 2020 election data, materials, and equipment [were] destroyed including but not limited to V-Drives, Return Sheets, machine tapes/proof sheets/result tapes, Mail-In Ballots, Ballots Destroyed, voting machines, hard drives, paper documentation, Blue Crest data, correspondence concerning the November 3, 2020 election.”

The lawsuit further alleges that the fraud was outcome-altering:

“61. It appears Delaware County was the last county to submit its presidential vote total in the state potentially changing November 3, 2020 election results in numerous races.

62. It appears prior to Delaware County submitting its vote totals, Donald J. Trump was leading Joseph Biden by 7,515 votes.

63. Delaware County submitted [its] presidential votes total with a difference of 88,070 between the two presidential candidates. [Exhibit G].”

The entire document is a savage, painstakingly detailed account of criminal conspiracy to commit election fraud, backed up by video. Brian Cates writes:

Last night we shared information about a lawsuit filed against Delaware County alleging a conspiracy to subvert the 2020 Presidential election in PA. Here are a few more gems from the suit:

“145. At this time, James A. Ziegelhoffer had been having nightmares since the May 21, 2021, Right to Know Request was submitted to Delaware County, and he ‘wouldn’t be surprised if a lot of people went to jail.’

164. On or about May 2021, James Allen swiftly began developing a plan to hide and destroy November 3, 2020, election evidence and conspired with James Savage to create ‘new’ results to provide as a response to the May 21, 2021 Right to Know Request.

165. Specifically, James Allen and James Savage conspired to create new results with ‘Clean V-Dives’ by removing the election scanners from the locked cages at the Voting Machine Warehouse to have data to consistently match the November 3, 2020 data. [Exhibit HH].

172. On or about April 2021, James Savage told Regina Miller that he would have someone killed if he was [ever] betrayed by someone at work and described a story that he heard regarding someone from the county that someone ‘ratted on.’

258. On or about December 24, 2018, James Savage posted on Facebook ‘Dear Santa, I’ve been really, really good this year, and I’m not greedy...I only have one request...’ James Savage placed a picture of Donald Trump in handcuffs next to his request to Santa. [Exhibit MMM].

261. On or about November 3, 2020, the Sure data system in Pennsylvania stated that [there were] more ballots cast than voters registered in the November 3, 2020 Delaware election.

262. On or about November 2020, Bob from Hart provided a report regarding the November 3, 2020 election in Delaware County and stated the Delaware County election was a ‘shitshow’ Bob stated that he was at the Voting Machine Warehouse on November 3, 2020 until 5 am on November 4, 2020 for technical support. Bob stated that all election machines crashed at the same time.

263. Election expert, J. Alex Halderman stated in a 2006 report that one method to steal an election involves causing the machines to crash. [Exhibit OOO].

275. James Savage brags he can change clock back on scanner machines to print tape just like in elections and spoke about how the clock can be manipulated to change election results on the tabulator to reflect results changes took place during the election.”

Georgia Governor Orders Probe Into 'Sloppy' November 2020 Vote Counts in Fulton County | Just the News

In a rare act for a state chief executive, Georgia Gov. Brian Kemp has referred the audited November 2020 election results in the state's largest voting metropolis to the State Election Board after multiple reviews found significant problems with absentee ballot counting that included duplicate tallies, math errors, and transposed data.

Kemp forwarded Fulton County's risk-limiting audit results to election regulators this week, saying he was not asking for any changes to the declaration that Joe Biden beat Donald Trump but was alarmed by the level of sloppy vote counting in the county that includes the city of Atlanta.

The errors could have skewed the audit totals reported to the state by several thousand votes, according to a 36-item summary Kemp included with his letter. Biden was declared the state's winner by about 12,000 votes.

In July, VoterGA founder Garland Favorito reported that Fulton County’s ‘audit’ had a “60% error rate.” His team discovered tally sheets that were falsified (many with 100 votes for Biden and 0 for Trump) and about 4K duplicate votes.

Texas Governor Announces New Election Audit Division for Texas Secretary of State

Officials with the office of Texas Governor Greg Abbott announced Friday that Abbott approved a Legislative Budget Board proposal to fund a new Election Audit Division for the Texas Secretary of State’s office.

According to a news release from the office, Abbott requested $4 million for the new division, which aims to help ensure the integrity of elections. The division will conduct comprehensive forensic audits throughout the state.

In a Friday tweet Abbott commented:

“Today I approved funding to launch an Election Audit Division within the Texas Secretary of State’s office.

This audit will be the most comprehensive forensic audit in the country.

Ensuring the integrity of our elections is critical to our democracy.”

In September, the TX SOS announced the scope of their 4-county audit. While it includes voter roll analysis/ clean-up and a chain of custody review, it was underwhelming in other respects. President Trump criticized the Texas SOS investigation, calling it a “weak, risk-limiting audit” in an October 1st statement. Nevertheless, establishing a permanent audit division is a step in the right direction for election integrity.

The Power of Redistricting: Ohio Gets Redder in New Congressional Map

Gov. Mike DeWine has signed a bill creating new Ohio congressional districts for 2022 and 2024 that, if they withstand legal challenges, likely will strengthen Republicans’ already-dominant share of the state’s congressional delegation.

The bill, approved by Republican state lawmakers earlier this week, favor Republicans to win 12 out of Ohio’s 15 congressional districts. Only two districts would be safely Democratic, with a third Democratic-leaning district that joins Akron and Medina County with suburban Cleveland projected as a toss-up, according to modeling from Dave’s Redistricting App, a widely used redistricting website.

Currently, Republicans hold 12 of Ohio’s 16 districts; the Buckeye State will only have 15 congressional districts after next year because the state’s population hasn’t risen as fast as other fast-growing states.

Pennsylvania Senate GOP Hires Firm to Review 2020 Election | Philadelphia Inquirer

On Friday, Pennsylvania Republican lawmakers in the state Senate announced they had signed a contract with Iowa-based Envoy Sage LLC to lead their review of the 2020 election.

Republicans are moving forward with the investigation despite an active court fight over its legality. State Attorney General Josh Shapiro and Senate Democrats have filed lawsuits seeking to block the GOP subpoena for non-public voter records, such as the last four digits of Social Security numbers and driver’s license numbers.

The cases have been consolidated and a panel of Commonwealth Court judges is scheduled to hear arguments Dec. 15 in Harrisburg.

A Senate Republican source with knowledge of the situation told PennLive the initial contract with Envoy Sage will be narrowly focused on reviewing information that is publicly accessible, such as combing through hundreds of tips citizens submitted testifying to their personal experiences with perceived voter fraud.

“The contract covers document analysis, consultation, review of election concerns, and affidavits submitted to the committee, analysis of other election integrity initiatives across the nation, and more,” GOP spokesman Jason Thompson said.

Sen. Cris Dush, chair of the Senate Intergovernmental Operations Committee, is an Air Force veteran with experience working for the Department of Defense. He found Envoy Sage through contacts at the Defense Department and veteran groups, Thompson said.

Disgruntled Senate Minority Leader Jay Costa noted that the contract was being signed the same week Senate President Pro Tempore Jake Corman, who is the highest-ranking member of the chamber and supports the ballot review, announced his Republican campaign for governor. “This is not good government; it is bad politics,” Costa said.

ICYMI: FDA Produces the First 91 Pages of Documents From Pfizer’s COVID-19 Vaccine File | Aaron Siri Substack

Nearly 160K adverse events were reported to Pfizer in the first 2.5 months following EUA authorization.

Attorney Aaron Siri reports:

“Two months and one day after it was sued, and close to 3 months since it licensed Pfizer’s Covid-19 vaccine, the FDA released the first round of documents it reviewed before licensing this product. 

One of the documents produced is a Cumulative Analysis of Post-Authorization Adverse Event Reports of [the Vaccine] Received Through 28-Feb-2021, which is a mere 2 ½ months after the vaccine received emergency use authorization (EUA). 

Pfizer explains, on page 6, that ‘Due to the large numbers of spontaneous adverse event reports received for the product, [Pfizer] has prioritised the processing of serious cases…’ and that Pfizer ‘has also taken a [sic] multiple actions to help alleviate the large increase of adverse event reports’ including ‘increasing the number of data entry and case processing colleagues’ and ‘has onboarded approximately [REDACTED] additional fulltime employees (FTEs).’ Query why it is proprietary to share how many people Pfizer had to hire to track all of the adverse events being reported shortly after launching its product.

As for the volume of reports, in the 2 ½ months following EUA, Pfizer received a total of 42,086 reports containing 158,893 ‘events.’ Most of these reports disproportionately involved women (29,914 vs. 9,182 provided by men) and those between 31 and 50 years old. Also, 25,957 [more than half] of the events were classified as ‘Nervous system disorders.’

But no cause for alarm since Pfizer explains to the FDA: ‘The findings of these signal detection analyses are consistent with the known safety profile of the vaccine.’ So if they knew these issues were going to arise, then why didn’t they appear to have enough staff to process this expected volume of reports?

Nothing to see here. Just ask all those women.”

Why Vaccines [Should] Take Years to Develop

The vaccine-induced spike proteins may cause your body to attack its own tissues.

“These injections work differently than a traditional vaccine where you inject a protein antigen into the muscle that may circulate throughout the body. The nano-lipid particles deliver mRNA into cells, which then codes for the spike protein to be made. The full length spike protein is a membrane protein, so scientists said that it would remain in the cell membrane and would not be excreted from cells. However, we now know that is not the only thing that happens. The spike protein is cleaved by enzymes, separating the part that keeps it anchored in the cell membrane from the rest of the protein. Once cleaved, the spike subunit can leave the cell and enter into circulation. Traditionally, the amount of protein antigen injected via a vaccine is quite low. However, the stabilized mRNA in these injections forces the body to create billions of spike protein, many of which then enter circulation.

The body mounts an antibody response to the spike protein AFTER the second injection. This does not stop production of the spike protein, but will neutralize spike protein that is made. The problem is that parts of the spike protein are similar to more than 20 human proteins. Thus, the antibodies that you make against the spike protein cross-react with your own tissues. The second injection causes your body to ramp up production of antibodies to the spike protein, which may [then] attack many of your tissues...such as your heart, causing myocarditis. So, even though the second injection does result in neutralization of a lot of the spike protein, it will also cause an autoimmune attack on the body in many people. Interestingly, when your body is dealing with SARS CoV-2, it avoids making antibodies to the spike protein (or culls them), likely because it has a mechanism for sensing that they will cross react with important proteins in your body. Thus it preferentially makes antibodies to other portions of the virus that will not cause autoimmunity. However, the injections force your body to make so much spike protein that the body is pretty much also forced into generating antibodies against the spike protein.”
