GA State Senator Burt Jones Urges Audit of Ballot Drop Box Surveillance Tapes | Just the News

An influential Georgia state senator, who is running for lieutenant governor in 2022, says he believes states like his own that used drop boxes to collect absentee ballots last year should audit the surveillance video tapes that were installed at the voting locations to ensure no shenanigans occurred.

“All those drop boxes that were sent throughout Metro Atlanta, you can’t police them if you wanted to, so it just made it ripe for bad actors to game the system,” Republican state Sen. Burt Jones told Just the News in an interview this week.

The Georgia Bureau of Investigation recently disclosed in a letter it declined to investigate or audit concerns about possible misuse of drop boxes, saying there wasn't enough evidence to warrant such an action.

Jones said he believes the camera footage should still be checked from November 2020 and the January Senate runoff in his state, and that such audits should become part of the future election integrity measures.

In Georgia, the use of drop boxes in 2020 was not approved by the Legislature but instead implemented in a consent decree and settlement between state officials and Democratic voter mobilization activists like Stacey Abrams. They were placed at scores of locations across the state, most heavily in the blue areas around Atlanta.

Bannon Pleads Not Guilty to Obstructing Partisan 1/6 Congressional Probe | Reuters

On Wednesday, Steve Bannon pleaded not guilty to criminal misdemeanor charges that he defied a congressional subpoena from a U.S. House witch-hunt panel “investigating” the mostly peaceful January 6 Capitol protest.

Bannon has vowed to fight the congressional contempt charges, telling reporters outside the courthouse on Monday that that this will be “a misdemeanor from hell.”

He was due to be arraigned in court on Thursday, but agreed to waive his right to a formal reading of the indictment, according to court documents filed on Wednesday.

PA County Whistleblower: Data Regarding Thousands of Return Ballots Erased | Newsmax

A whistleblower is offering up information said to be related to data suppression, involving "missing ballots" in Delaware County, Pennsylvania, (the fifth most populous county in PA) from the 2020 election.

The information comes after a right-to-know request was filed in May, sources familiar with the lawsuit said. The sources spoke to Newsmax on the condition of anonymity.

Delaware County was the last county in the state to fully report its ballots for the 2020 election, and several races were in the scope of being flipped by a few thousand votes.

The lawsuit suggests an election machine shredded thousands of absentee and mail-in ballots, with the data corroborating it deliberately erased in the lead up to the right-to-know filing.

Several videos were released as part of the effort to corroborate the claims.
In one of the clips, Tom Gallagher, an attorney for Delaware County, appears to be throwing return ballots into a trash can in anticipation of the election data audit.

"At this point, I don't want anybody to pick it up, and thinking we threw stuff away," Gallagher says in the video. "We're going to have a little campfire going."

FDA Asks Court for 55 Years to Fully Release Pfizer COVID-19 Vaccine Data | Epoch Times

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) asked a federal judge on Nov. 15 to give it until the year 2076 to fully release the documents in its possession tied to the approval of the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine.

The FDA’s request was made in a filing as part of a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit by a medical transparency group. The government told the court it has 329,000 pages of documents responsive to the FOIA request and proposed releasing 500 pages per month to allow for redactions of exempt material. At that rate, the FDA would fully release the records in question in just under 55 years.

The plaintiff, Public Health and Medical Professionals for Transparency (PHMPT), is a group of doctors and scientists, including Harvey Risch, a professor of epidemiology at the Yale School of Public Health.

Savage Election Fraud Lawsuit Filed Against Delaware County, PA and Former SOS Kathy Boockvar

Seventh Circuit law clerk Professor Margot Cleveland shared several shocking videos yesterday documenting premeditated, felony election evidence destruction in Delaware County, PA.

Last night a lawsuit was filed against county election officials and former Secretary of State Kathy Boockvar. The suit begins🔥:

“Defendants intentionally and fraudulently conspired to destroy, delete, secrete, and hide November 3, 2020, election data, materials, and equipment to prevent discovery of election fraud and election law violations in Delaware County, which the Defendants also conspired to commit and did commit while carrying out the November 3, 2020, election…

Moreover, when a May 21, 2021 Right to Know (RTK) request for election information and data was made with respect to information that is by federal and state law to be kept and preserved, the Defendants fraudulently and intentionally deleted, changed, adulterated, manipulated and/or obscured the information, data, and materials produced in response to the RTK request in order to hide their fraud and election code violations because they knew that they could not reconcile the previously fraudulently reported November 3, 2020 election results with the actual responsive information that they had in their possession and which they were required to preserve and produce in response to the Right to Know request.

Plaintiffs know this to be the case and can document this and demonstrate this by showing, among other things, that November 3, 2020 election data, materials, and equipment [were] destroyed including but not limited to V-Drives, Return Sheets, machine tapes/proof sheets/result tapes, Mail-In Ballots, Ballots Destroyed, voting machines, hard drives, paper documentation, Blue Crest data, correspondence concerning the November 3, 2020 election.”

The lawsuit further alleges that the fraud was outcome-altering:

“61. It appears Delaware County was the last county to submit its presidential vote total in the state potentially changing November 3, 2020 election results in numerous races.

62. It appears prior to Delaware County submitting its vote totals, Donald J. Trump was leading Joseph Biden by 7,515 votes.

63. Delaware County submitted [its] presidential votes total with a difference of 88,070 between the two presidential candidates. [Exhibit G].”

The entire document is a savage, painstakingly detailed account of criminal conspiracy to commit election fraud, backed up by video. Brian Cates writes:

“This filing is the real deal. It's exhaustive in it's research and citing of legal precedents. It goes into great detail… The people who put this filing together spent months on it. I can tell.”
