A Major Pollster Has Just Called the Virginia’s Governor’s Race for Glenn Youngkin | Becker News
The Commonwealth of Virginia’s next governor will be Glenn Youngkin, according to widely respected Cook Political Report pollster Dave Wasserman.
“I’ve seen enough: Glenn Youngkin (R) defeats Terry McAuliffe (D) in the Virginia governor’s race,” Wasserman tweeted.
Nonetheless, the governor’s race is far from over due to a last minute hail mary’ from Fairfax County. The commonwealth’s most populous county announced that it is experiencing ‘delays’ and will need to ‘re-scan ballots,’ as Becker News earlier reported.
Even with Fairfax County election officials scrambling to find the votes for the Democratic candidate Terry McAuliffe, Youngkin is outperforming even Donald Trump in the 2020 election. It bodes well for the Youngkin candidacy, but the election fight is not over.

Senate President Steve Sweeney, the longest-serving legislative leader in New Jersey history, is on the verge of losing his own State Senate seat in what could be a stunning political upset.
Edward Durr, a conservative truck driver who reported spending just $153 on his campaign, leads Sweeney by 2,009 votes in the South Jersey-based 3rd legislative district.
Sweeney’s defeat would cause a total realignment of politics in New Jersey, and most immediately creates a wide-open race for Senate President.
Democrats lost bids to flip two GOP Senate seats and appear to have lost two or three more, something that could reduce their majority from 25-15 to 22-18.
In the State Assembly, Republicans will likely flip 8 seats, reducing the Democratic majority to 44-36, according to Schlomo Scherr.

DeSantis Unveils Plan for New Police Force to Pursue Election Crimes in Florida | RSBN
Governor Ron DeSantis announced that he intends to make ballot harvesting punishable by law as a 3rd degree felony rather than a simple misdemeanor which has been unsuccessful in deterring bad actors across the country.
In addition to harsher penalties on ballot harvesting, DeSantis also promised to “create a separate office at the state level,” that will be dedicated to prosecuting election crimes, according to WFLA. The crowd responded with a "Let's Go Brandon!" chat.
Addressing issues with drop boxes, DeSantis called for safeguards to ensure people cannot “stuff” them with ballots that came from who knows where.
Differentiating himself from other public officials who have called for election integrity without taking real action, DeSantis promised to actually “enforce” these measures through the new office that focuses on these matters alone.

The Virginia victory offers a model for overpowering election fraud. Despite dirty voter rolls and a 45-day! election that began on 9/17, Republicans triumphed in a red wave. Unlike 2020:
1) The GOP actually made an effort to install fraud counter-measures including, an army of lawyers on the ground, dropbox surveillance, ballot and voter scrutiny, thousands of poll watchers, and a See-Something-Say-Something hotline:

2) For the first time in 40 years, GOP poll watcher slots were filled. A Dem judge had barred Republicans from Election Day poll watching participation for nearly half a century. Although the judge’s order expired in 2018, only 38% of poll watching positions were filled in 2020, compared with more than 90% in yesterday’s Virginia election:

A fraud-fighting system combined with massive turnout is a recipe for Dem defeat. Eric Newhuis explains how turnout helps combat the fraud:
