Senator Sonny Borrelli Files Official Request with the AZ Attorney General to Investigate the Maricopa Board of Supervisors
I’m a separate statement, Borrelli writes: “The supervisors are acting as if they are above the law and it is an insult to the citizens of our state… The level of disrespect and contempt from the supervisors toward Senate leadership and the voters of Arizona is appalling. Yesterday the Board of Supervisors ignored the subpoena deadline…I respectfully request the Attorney General investigate this clear violation of the law…”

ABC News Is Now Reporting Allegations of Election Fraud: Emails Show Officials Rejected High-Ranking DOJ Member’s Request to Intervene in Georgia's Election Certification
As reported by ABC News: Top members of the Department of Justice last year rebuffed another DOJ official who asked them to urge officials in Georgia to investigate and perhaps overturn President Joe Biden's victory in the state… before the results were certified by Congress, emails reviewed by ABC News show.
The emails, dated Dec. 28, 2020, show the former acting head of DOJ's civil division, Jeffrey Clark, circulating a draft letter -- which he wanted then-acting attorney general Jeffrey Rosen and acting deputy attorney general Richard Donoghue to sign off on -- urging Georgia's governor and other top officials to convene the state legislature into a special session so lawmakers could investigate claims of voter fraud.
"The Department of Justice is investigating various irregularities in the 2020 election for President of the United States," [Clark’s] draft letter said. "The Department will update you as we are able on investigatory progress, but at this time we have identified significant concerns that may have impacted the outcome of the election in multiple States, including the State of Georgia."
[Clark’s] draft letter continues: "While the Department of Justice believe[s] the Governor of Georgia should immediately call a special session to consider this important and urgent matter, if he declines to do so, we share with you our view that the Georgia General Assembly has implied authority under the Constitution of the United States to call itself into special session for [t]he limited purpose of considering issues pertaining to the appointment of Presidential Electors."
The emails were provided by the DOJ to the House Oversight Committee, which is investigating efforts to overturn the election results…
ABC then predictably concludes the story with the typical regurgitated, crutch talking points: “baseless claims,” “no widespread fraud,” etc. But the fact that lamestream ABC News devoted half an article’s real estate to outcome-altering election fraud claims by a member of DOJ leadership is a seismic shift.

Federal Judge Blocks Texas Gov. Abbott’s Order to Stop Illegal Immigrants from Being Transported Within the State | Becker News
“State troopers will no longer be able to pull over drivers who they suspect of transporting migrants into Texas — as a recent executive order by Gov. Greg Abbott prescribed — after a federal judge Tuesday temporarily blocked it,” the Houston Chronicle reported.
“It is further ordered that this temporary restraining order shall remain in force until the 13th day of August, 2021, at 8:00 a.m., or until such later date as may be extended by the Court or agreed upon by the parties,” the order continued.
“In a win for the Biden administration, U.S. District Judge Kathleen Cardone said the Republican governor’s order caused ‘irreparable injury’ to the U.S. and the immigrants in its custody, and that she may extend the hold until the case is resolved,” the Chronicle report continued.

The second group appears to consist of “deceased voters, people serving felony sentences, and others who are ineligible to vote.”

“How many of those [31K] accounts [in the 2nd group] voted in 2020? Nothing like closing the barn door after the horse has run out.”

Dr. Shiva vs. Twitter: Behizy’s Update on Today’s Hearing
Via @behizy: “No disrespect to Dr. Shiva personally but he had a great judge going for him and he truly messed it all up.
He claimed he was representing himself but has now admitted he had other attorneys helping him file to the court. Which is illegal, you can't have "ghost" lawyers not signed with the court.
The judge was giving him everything up until this point. Gave him warnings and even told him to hire a lawyer. Now he finally has a lawyer but it's too late.
This case went from Big Tech Censorship (especially Twitter) potentially getting declared unconstitutional and not protected by 230 to Dr. Shiva getting sanctioned by the court because he continously broke the rules.
This judge is still giving him a chance to file his complaint again and trying his best to lessen the sanctions.
WHAT A MESS from Dr. Shiva.
Next hearing dates August: 26, 27, 28”

With around 33,000 residents, Gibraltar is the most vaccinated country on earth.
By June 1st, over 99% of Gibraltar's population was fully vaccinated.
Since that time, new COVID cases per day have increased from 1 to 25 and the country is now going back into lockdowns.
Similar stories are occurring in other countries with the highest percentages vaccinated; Israel, UK, Malta and Iceland.
Clearly, the vaccine does not stop infections.
Why is the goal to vaccinate everyone if the most vaccinated countries on earth are going back into lockdowns❓

Senator Townsend Skeptical About the AZ Attorney General’s Ability to Enforce Senate Subpoena | OAN
AZ State Senator Kelly Townsend joined Natalie Harp (starting at minute 6:50) to discuss the latest subpoena enforcement efforts for the Maricopa audit.
Townsend argued that there are statutes governing legislative subpoenas. ARS 41-1153 clearly states that a majority vote is required to hold a person in contempt for noncompliance with a legislative subpoena. To enforce these Senate subpoenas, “we need to be in session… and convince Paul Boyer [and Michelle Ugenti-Rita] to join us.” The legislature voted to adjourn for the year in late June.
Unless other crimes were committed, “my prediction is that he [the Attorney General] is going to say: until that law is changed, we can’t forcibly make them hand this over,” Townsend explained.
Senator “Gunny” Borrelli has a different take. In his 1487 request to AG Brnovich, he cited statute 41-1154, which states:
“A person who, being subpoenaed to attend as a witness before either house of the legislature or any committee thereof, knowingly fails or refuses without lawful excuse to attend pursuant to such subpoena, …or to answer any material or proper question, or to produce, upon reasonable notice, any material and relevant books, papers or documents in his possession or under his control, is guilty of a class 2 misdemeanor.”
Although 41-1154 does not reference a requirement for a resolution of contempt (which passes by majority vote), Townsend appears to be arguing that it is nevertheless linked to the provisions in 41-1153.
“There are alternative solutions,” Townsend continued. One option may be the Auditor General, which is typically restricted to financial audits but has stronger punishment provisions for subpoena disobedience and works under the Senate.
“There was a lot of discussion [in the Senate] today. We don’t want to just leave it as is… I know [the audit] is not going to come up clean,” Townsend concluded.

12 out of 13 countries on Johns Hopkins list of the most vaccinated are currently listed by the CDC as 'high' or 'very high' COVID-19 travel risk.
Very High: Malta, United Arab Emirates, Seychelles, Chile, Uruguay, Bahrain, Mongolia
High: Iceland, Qatar, Belgium, Canada, Israel
Low: Singapore
Unavailable: Bahrain, Bhutan
Why does the CDC's data show that the greatest risk of catching COVID-19 is in the most vaccinated countries in the world❓
CDC Travel Risk:
https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/travelers/map-and-travel-notices.html
Johns Hopkins Vaccinations:
https://coronavirus.jhu.edu/vaccines/international
*The data also shows that the 'delta variant' is much less deadly for a virus that the CDC says you have a 99.5% chance of surviving if you are below the age of 70. This is the first time in human history that we have mass tested the healthy and many countries are setting their PCR cycle thresholds between 35-45 which are producing 90% or more false positives.
