The Emperor Has No Clothes: Finding the Courage to Break the Spell
How do we stop this neo-feudal re-imagining of society? How do we play chicken with a regime that appears to hold all the cards? At this point it is clear that regaining our freedom depends entirely on the government losing the support of the crowd. To use the words of Hans Christian Andersen's timeless folktale from 1837, we need to shake our frightened fellow citizens out of their stupor by getting them to see that "the emperor has no clothes" but, more importantly, we need everyone who sees it to be willing to say it out loud.
So, in this essay, I am going to dissect the psychology of dissent.
…The simple reality is that this first step is fought with symbolism, with herd psychology, and with the courage to bear the cost of speaking out when others will not. Navigating this first step is the focus of this essay because that is where we are falling short.
To plant a seed of doubt, to help people take that first step, it is not what you say that matters so much as being seen to say it, out loud, in public, in a way that allows you to be identified and counted, and being willing to face the music when the world can see what you really think. And saying it over and over again, relentlessly, until enough voices join in, until the counter chorus can no longer be dismissed as fringe. Doubt is created by breaking the illusion of consensus.

“Other Senate-Approved Audit Tasks”
@JellenneAZ points out the buried lead in today’s joint statement from Senate President Karen Fann and Ken Bennett. The release notes that Ken and the Senate team will continue working on “other Senate-approved audit tasks outside the scope of work contracted with primary auditor Cyber Ninjas.”
In his Monday interview with James T. Harris, Ken discussed his interest in overseeing additional portions of the audit not included in the original Cyber Ninjas manifest. For example, Ken would like to review the signatures on the 1.9M mail-in ballot envelopes and check the accuracy of the ballot tabulation images.

Philadelphia, York*, and Tioga Counties Refuse to Cooperate with Senator Mastriano on Audit
Philadelphia Elections Commissioner Al Schmidt tweeted today: “Moments ago, I voted to reject Senator Mastriano’s request that Philadelphia give him our election equipment. The Board of Elections’ decision was unanimous.”
Referring to the Wolf administration’s anti-audit “bully tactics,” Schmidt adds: “We have an obligation to protect the custody of all of our voting equipment and will not give that equipment to a third party, especially as it will result in its decertification.”
Tioga and York Counties have also stated they will not cooperate with Senator Mastriano’s plan for an AZ-style forensic audit of the 2020 election.
The Epoch Times reported: “Tioga County Commissioners decided not to provide access after receiving a directive from the Pennsylvania Department of State ordering county boards of elections not to provide any access to third parties seeking to examine the systems or system components.”
Similarly, Commissioners in York County, in a recent letter obtained by The Epoch Times, told Pennsylvania Sen. Doug Mastriano that the committee he chairs may not have the legal authority to compel York to provide election-related materials and equipment.
The Pennsylvania Senate’s Intergovernmental Operations Committee chaired by Senator Mastriano has given the counties until July 31st to respond.

Wisconsin Speaker of the House Robin Vos Expands 2020 Election Investigation | Newsmax
The highest ranking Republican in the Wisconsin Assembly said Friday that he was expanding a probe into the 2020 presidential election, saying it will take more investigators and time than originally planned.
Assembly Speaker Robin Vos signed contracts in June with two retired police detectives and a former Wisconsin Supreme Court Justice to handle the investigation. But those two investigators quit earlier this month, Vos confirmed for the first time Friday, leading him to “take a different tack.”
Vos has designated retired Wisconsin Supreme Court Justice Michael Gableman as a “special counsel” and empowered him to hire as many investigators as he wants, with the goal of completing the probe this fall.
Can Rep. Vos be trusted? President Trump previously called him out as an audit obstructionist. Fortunately, we have Reps Ramthun and Brandtjen making headway in the fight for an AZ-style audit in WI.

AZ Audit Team Vacates Fairgrounds —Spokesman Randy Pullen Suggests More Space May Be Needed
The Senate’s lease for the Wesley Bolin Building, where the audit team relocated in late June, ends on Saturday.
However, the departure from the fairgrounds may not be permanent. Depending on what the county and Dominion provide in response to the subpoenas before the 1 p.m. Monday deadline, the election review team may need more space, audit spokesman Randy Pullen said. For example, if Dominion turns over the passwords, the team led by Florida-based cybersecurity company Cyber Ninjas may need to take possession of the county’s voting machines again, which Pullen said would require about 1,000 square feet of space. If the county provides ballot envelopes, that will take up space as well.
The response to the subpoenas will also determine how long it takes the audit team to complete its final report. Pullen said the team began working on the report a week ago.

FL Audit Update Via @WILFmoseder
“The Florida audit initiative was DENIED by the SOS and I say, GOOD!
Here’s why…
Florida Rep Anthony Sabatini called on the SOS and county supervisors to audit 5 Florida counties.
This is a TERRIBLE idea. We do NOT want the SOS involved, nor do we want the county supervisors to audit THEMSELVES!
This initiative is very misguided and I’m glad to see the SOS has shut it down. We can’t allow the foxes to guard the hen house!
WeThePeople must demand an INDEPENDENT 3rd party to perform a full, comprehensive, AZ style, forensic audit. Perhaps the legislature doesn’t fully understand that this new GOLD STANDARD is the only way forward to restoring public confidence.
Therefore, we must educate the legislature in all 50 states on what a real audit looks like!
Consider sending the legislature

Pennsylvania Senator Prepares to Issue Subpoenas After Three Counties Reject Audit Requests
Senator Doug Mastriano is preparing to ask a panel he chairs for the authority to issue subpoenas to compel counties to cooperate with his effort to investigate the 2020 election, Epoch Times reported.
In an interview with Chambersburg-based News Talk radio host Pat Ryan on Wednesday, Mastriano clarified: “Even Republican counties rightly want to have a subpoena for legal protection.”
The subpoenas, which are likely to be challenged in court, give added protection to counties, Mastriano said — referencing a July 8 directive from the Department of State prohibiting third-party access to election systems.
“We’re eagerly awaiting my committee coming together when I can get a quorum, get everyone’s calendars matched up — it is summertime. As soon as I get a quorum, we will have a meeting, we will vote on subpoenas, and let the fun begin,” Pennsylvania Sen. Doug Mastriano, a Republican who chairs the state Senate’s Intergovernmental Operations Committee, said on One America News this week.
“As long as I get six votes out of the 10 members, then I have the power,” Mastriano told Ryan. “I am authorized to issue subpoenas. This is a legislative action. I can’t do it alone.”
He added: “I feel great about it. It’s just finding a date on the calendar that works. That’s all.”

Penalty for Failure to Comply with Legislative Subpoenas in PA❓
According to research by @behizy, Title 18, chapter 51, subchapter A, section 5110 of the Consolidated Statues of the PA General Assembly covering “Contempt of General Assembly” states that failure to appear after being served with a legislative subpoena results in an automatic 3rd degree misdemeanor, which is punishable with up to a year in jail and a $2,500 fine in PA.
As in Arizona, the PA subpoenas will likely be challenged in court — but once a judge affirms their authority, it looks like non-compliance may carry immediate penalties.

Weekly GA Update with Garland Favorito: We Have the Evidence to Prove Widespread Voter Fraud | The Propaganda Report
VoterGA.org founder Garland Favorito joined Brad Binkley of the Propaganda Report for his weekly Georgia audit SITREP:
Earlier this month, Garland announced VoterGA was expanding their audit fight to include the entire state of Georgia. In today’s interview, Garland pledged, “In the next month or two, we’re going to prove that there was widespread fraud in GA. We have the evidence but we haven’t assembled and organized it in a presentable way yet. It’s not just Fulton County. We just can’t organize the data and get it out fast enough.”
Garland also cautioned about Secretary of State Rat Raffensperger’s🐀 sudden push to take over Fulton County elections. This would allow the state to cover up the fraud, Garland explains. “Fulton County had issues with what we believe to be counterfeit ballots injected into the count and inappropriate duplicate scanning of ballots… [however] last week we shared that the [state-directed] audit was flawed, had massive error rates, and duplicates were included in the count and in the final report… this makes the Secretary of State culpable for the fraudit on November 14th and 15th.”
Toward the end of the session, Brad asked Garland about the 74K Maricopa County mail-in ballots without a record of being sent out. The County Supervisors claim the confusion is due to the fact that in-person early votes were mixed in with mail-in votes. “I don’t believe it, I think it’s garbage,” Garland says.

Maricopa County Releases Mocking Response to AZ Senate Subpoena
The Maricopa County Supervisors issued a sneering rejoinder to the AZ Senate’s third subpoena, calling the audit an “adventure in never never land.”
In a characteristically juvenile tweet, the County summarized “key points to AZ Senate:
• Routers: No means no.
• Passwords: Why demand passwords we don’t have for tabulators you’ve already returned?🤔
• Images: Can’t find what we provided in April? Check Ballot Pallet 46 or subfolder AFFIDAVITS on Lacie hard drive. Or the lab in Montana.”
The response also includes a letter from the attorney for Maricopa County reiterating that the County will NOT offer access to routers, Splunk logs, or passwords. The attorney downplays the data breach, calling it an “incident,” claims that the County is willing to resend the envelope images, and refers the Senate to the County Recorder for the voter records.
In a separate statement, Chairman Sellers added his own quarrelsome two cents: “For months, the Senate’s audit team has had access to the items they need to confirm Maricopa County’s tabulators were not connected to the internet and thus were not hacked during the November General Election. The certified auditors hired by the County needed just two weeks with the machines and logs that we turned over to the Senate to make such a determination. They have what they need.
…The Senate and their privately funded contractors should finish their “audit”, release their report and be prepared to defend it in court.”
