Attorney Alexander Kolodin Weighs in on AZ Audit Subpoena Enforcement Options | Alex Kolodin Interview

Alexander Kolodin, amicus attorney in the the Senate case against the Maricopa County Supervisors, spoke with Gail Golec about the best course of action for Senate subpoena enforcement.

Kolodin recommends the Senate file a fresh subpoena enforcement action for the withheld items with the Arizona Supreme Court. He noted that there is “plenty of case law out there that legislative subpoenas are enforceable by the judiciary.” Kolodin points out that the AZ Supreme Court is “fairly conservative and likely to have a favorable view of legislative supremacy.”

Another option would be to go through the Arizona Attorney General. The AG’s office can be forced to investigate if a member of the AZ State Legislature makes a report that includes allegations of illegal conduct by a county.

Toward the end of the conversation, Kolodin also discusses the path for retroactive action with respect to the election. While the state legislature can and should hold a decertification vote, it will be up to the courts or Congress to actually reverse the election, according to Kolodin.

AZ Audit Update: Senate President Karen Fann Discusses Decertification, Warrants, and What’s Next? | iheart radio

Senator Karen Fann joined the James Harris Conservative Circus show to discuss the decertification path and options for retrieving the items needed to complete the audit:

1. If the audit determines that the reported numbers are incorrect, the case will go to court.

2. If the court agrees with the audit findings, the AZ House and Senate will put up a resolution to decertify the election. However, decertification would require a majority vote in both the House and Senate, which would require the cooperation of RINOs Paul Boyer and Rusty Bowers.

3. If fraud is suspected, the Senate will turn the case over to the Attorney General for prosecution.

4. Senator Fann explains that the Senate does not have the power to issue a warrant to retrieve the missing items as suggested by Josh Barnett. Section 2D of the Senate rules states that a warrant may be issued for payment of a bill or after a resolution of contempt has passed. Boyer blocked the contempt resolution on February 8th.

5. According to Senator Fann, the options available to the Senate to acquire the missing items are:

• go back to court [in an interview last night, attorney Alex Kolodin recommended filing a subpoena enforcement action with the AZ Supreme Court]

• issue new subpoenas [although it’s unclear why these would be treated any differently]

• submit FOIA requests [however, these can take a long time]

• conduct more hearings [but out of session and without Boyer, the Senate cannot compel attendance]

AZ State Senator Michelle Ugenti-Rita Joins the Anti-Audit Team After Being Booed Off the Stage

Senator Ugenti-Rita was booed of the stage last night at the Turning Point rally for killing an omnibus election integrity bill by Senator Kelly Townsend. Now via Twitter tantrum she’s announced she’s joining the anti-audit faction, a move that could disable the decertification option in AZ:

“I supported the audit, but I do not support the Trump audit any longer.

I wanted to review our election processes and see what, if anything, could be improved. Sadly, it’s now become clear that the audit has been botched. The total lack of competence by Karen Fann over the last 5 months has deprived the voters of Arizona a comprehensive accounting of the 2020 election. That’s inexcusable, but it shows what can happen when Republicans do not take election integrity deadly serious.”

Senator Townsend’s response:

“1st she said she didn't read my bills. Then, the language was sloppy. Next, I went around her and her committee. Now she says it's show legislation I was doing for myself. What is it Michelle Ugenti about election SECURITY, that the entire caucus supported scares you?”

CDC Seems to Tacitly Admit PCR Tests Can’t Differentiate Between COVID and the Flu | National File

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) appears to have tacitly admitted that the near-universally used PCR tests may not be able to differentiate between COVID-19 and common influenza viruses, and is requesting that clinics adopt new COVID-19 tests that are able to differentiate between the flu and the China-originated virus.

During a July 16, 2020 podcast, “This Week in Virology”: Fauci makes a point of saying the PCR COVID test is useless and misleading when the test is run at “35 cycles or higher.”

“…If you get a cycle threshold of 35 or more…the chances of it being replication-competent are miniscule…you almost never can culture virus from a 37 threshold cycle…So, I think if somebody does come in with 37, 38, even 36, you got to say, you know, it’s just dead nucleotides, period."

What Fauci failed to say on the video is: the FDA, which authorizes the test for public use, recommends the test should be run up to 40 cycles. Not 35.

This is the "casedemic" scam in a nutshell.

The FDA, WHO, Fauci, and the NYT have admitted that the way the PCR test is currently being used is producing false results.

COVID-19 never ends as long as it is based on the fraudulent PCR test.

Bill Gates,drew international ire during the early days of the COVID-19 pandemic, when he seemed to celebrate the spread of the virus, and smiled into the camera alongside his wife during an interview where he declared that “this won’t be the last pandemic we face.”

Plandemics will certainly become more prevalent if the PCR test (set at cycle thresholds of 35+) is the determinative measurement tool.

The “Mousetrap” Imbedded in the 25th Amendment🪤

Joe Biden’s most recent performance in the CNN Townhall is another example of his unfitness for office due to his obvious mental decline.

This is no great revelation to the Democrat Party leaders who have propped him up like a character in “Weekend at Bernies” for the first six months of his term in office.

That situation is becoming less tenable as Biden’s personal popularity begins to wane, and the “right track/wrong track” number in polling has moved decidedly in the wrong direction. An unpopular Joe Biden leading an increasingly unpopular Biden Administration cannot be maintained if the Democrats want to keep control of Congress in 2022.

But it just might be that the Democrats are “mousetrapped” into being forced to keep Biden in place due to the mechanics of what might follow by a move against him under the 25th Amendment…

Ken Bennett Considering Whether to Step Down as Senate Liaison to the AZ Audit | James T. Harris Show

Ken Bennett joined the James T. Harris show this morning to discuss the recent audit drama reports by the lamestream propaganda press. Ken is considering whether to step down as Senate Liaison or shift gears to oversee another portion of the audit, such as reviewing the signatures on the 1.9M envelopes and analyzing the ballot tabulation images.

In the interview, Ken noted his dissatisfaction about being kept in the dark about certain aspects of the audit and made some injudicious critical comments about audit procedures that could potentially undermine acceptance of the audit results.

Ken also apologized for sharing (without authorization) some unverified “box counts” with a third party data analysis group that subsequently leaked the news to the propaganda press. According to sources close to the audit, Ken may have violated his agreement with the Senate when he forwarded this information.

Senate President Karen Fann is currently working with Ken about how to best move forward together.

Wisconsin Moves Forward with Forensic Audit

WI State Rep. Janel Brandtjen issued a release today: “Assembly Campaigns and Elections Committee to Initiate More Intensive Investigation of Fraudulent Activity.”

Rep. Brandtjen, who is Chair of the Assembly Committee on Campaigns and Elections, visited the Maricopa audit earlier this month and has called for an Arizona-style audit of Wisconsin’s November election.

In her statement she writes: “voters have made it clear that they want a thorough cyber-forensic examination of tabulators, ballot marking devices, and other election equipment, which I will be helping facilitate on behalf of the committee as chair…

IP addresses, chain of custody on ballots, and audit trail logs must be thoroughly inspected by cyber-audit technicians… While WI is in the process of an election audit, I will be working to ensure that it is augmented with expertise and resources to ensure a comprehensive, forensic examination.”

Senate Liaison Ken Bennett Has Confidence the AZ Audit Will Produce a Solid Final Product | Mike Broomhead Show

AZ Senate Liaison Ken Bennett joined the Mike Broomhead Show to review his concerns, explain recent actions that resulted in temporary revocation of his audit access, and express his confidence in the audit’s final product.

The third recount is about 3/4 of the way through, by Ken’s estimate, and “is going very well.” Ken acknowledged that a third ballot count suggests that the audit’s numbers are substantially different from those reported by Maricopa County. However, he reemphasized his apprehension about the “thousands” of duplicate ballots without serial numbers and the lack of communication with him regarding the reconciliation process. Kelli Ward has estimated there are approximately 27K duplicate ballots.

A third-party “certified in election systems” approached Ken with analysis he thought could be helpful in navigating the “hundreds of clerical errors by Maricopa County.” In the course of their interaction, he regrettably shared some off-hand box count information with them. Unfortunately, the group ran to the lamestream press and inaccurately stated that Ken had confirmed their pro-Maricopa County ballot count methodology, which led to the audit access conflict on Friday.

Broomhead concludes by asking Ken about his confidence in the audit: “There are lots of good things happening under the direction of the Cyber Ninjas and their subcontractors — and there are lots of quality volunteers working their heart out to get this right. Do I have confidence that we can get a final product that is good? Yes!”
