Finchem acknowledges that many are growing weary of the waiting for the results. Why the Multiple Counts of Maricopa County Ballots Probably Will Not Match | Fake News

Propaganda Press: “White said that the county's count should be trusted. He has helped audit elections in Arizona and other states for more than a decade and has spent the past month conducting his own analysis of the county's 2020 election using election data including the record of votes cast.
His team's analysis verified in a few ways that it was accurate, he said. One way was by comparing the county's ballot count to the voter registration data to see the number of voters who voted. That matched up almost perfectly, he said…
Another way his team verified the county's ballot count, he said, was by examining the summary reports that county election workers fill out as they tabulate ballots, and comparing those to the official results by batch and box. Those numbers all matched, he said.”
Of course, White’s biased “analysis” does not factor in ghost voters — illegal ballots from registered voters who moved to another state, did not actually vote, voted but the vote was not counted correctly, did not realize they were registered, do not exist, who are deceased, etc. Phantom voting is aided by inflated registration rolls. Coincidentally, Maricopa County’s registration database was hacked on 11/3.
White’s examination also does not take into account any possible tampering by the County after the election. Instead of transferring the ballots to the County Treasurer as mandated by statute 16-626(A), the County illegally held the ballots for 5.5 months after the election. Observers found shredded 2020 ballots in the trash outside the MCTEC storage warehouse and the audit team found ballot bags with seals broken.

Dick Morris: Biden Aides Attacking Harris to Prevent Her From Invoking 25th Amendment
President Joe Biden's aides are leaking stories criticizing Vice President Kamala Harris because they are concerned she will invoke the 25th Amendment in an attempt to remove the president from office, political strategist Dick Morris said on Sunday.
Speaking on “The Cats Roundtable” radio show on WABC 770 AM hosted by John Catsimatidis, Morris explained his rationale behind his thinking by referring to a recent article in The New York Times that “talks about how Harris is not ready for prime time. She was antagonizing her staff. She screwed up on the trip to the border,” as well as other negative items about her.
Morris, a former adviser to President Bill Clinton, said that he can deduce from his experience in Washington that the leak for the story “must have undoubtedly come from the Biden forces.”
Morris said that this makes sense, because “the rumor I keep hearing from sources close to the White House is that Biden is getting worse. That the dementia is really becoming noticeable and harder to control and harder to camouflage. I believe there may be a move coming to invoke the 25th Amendment against Biden and replace him with Harris.”

Former Trump staffer and opposition researcher Mike Roman joined War Room to discuss the PA audit: “I don’t see how it could fail at this point having the Senate President on board.”
This weekend Senator Corman issued a response to the Department of State’s attempt to subvert the Constitutional power and duty of the state legislature to investigate elections. In a Saturday tweet Corman wrote:
“Deeply troubling that the Wolf Administration has once again weaponized and politicized an agency that is supposed to be neutral on matters pertaining to elections. This is a clear attack on Legislature's authority to review, investigate and legislate.”
While the letter reiterates the State Legislature’s plenary power to oversee elections, it does not explicitly support an audit. Keep the pressure on Corman:

At least 58 Democratic members of the state House of Representatives are expected to bolt from Austin on Monday in an effort to block the measures from advancing, a source familiar with the plans told NBC News. The unusual move, akin to what Democrats did in 2003, would paralyze the chamber, stopping business until the lawmakers return to town or the session ends.
The lawmakers risk arrest in taking flight. Under the Texas Constitution, the Legislature requires a quorum of two-thirds of lawmakers be present to conduct state business in either chamber. Absent lawmakers can be legally compelled to return to the Capitol, and the source said Democrats expect state Republicans to ask the Department of Public Safety to track them down.

DePerno will file an appeal on Thursday. The Court of Appeals will then review the evidence and decide whether Judge Elsenheimer’s ruling was valid. Unfortunately, there is no set deadline for a Court of Appeals decision. If the court sides with Elensheimer, DePerno will appeal to the MI Supreme Court where the case will be retried.
