I slightly changed Li Qinghe apply flow: all tweaks are now moved to the webui, while only the Game & Idle runtime tweaks remain automatic

Upgraded conflict detector from basic shell script that only checks target CPU time percent to native binary with better state handling recovery status and module ID check

Also added module ID protection so if someone changes the module ID from LQlzy it will force Li Qinghe into sleep and recovery wont work until the original ID is restored

added some new presets + a full rework of Custom Color

Added One-Click Optimization for those who don't want to tweak everything manually, and replaced the separate Memory Factor and Activity Manager toggles with a single Multitasking toggle
