Because most losses are not caused by bad analysis. They're caused by impatience before entry. By moving a stop when price got close. By closing a winner too early because of fear. By taking a second trade out of frustration after the first one lost.

The setup is rarely the problem. The trader is.

This week keep a simple note after every trade. Not the result. Your behaviour. Did you follow your rules? Did you wait for the entry? Did you respect the stop?

After 20 trades you'll see patterns in your behaviour that no strategy can fix. Only awareness can.
