Will MI SoS Jocelyn Benson be held in Contempt of Court & spend election behind bars for her serial lawbreaking? We may know as early as today. This is the 5th time a court has determined that she failed to follow law as MI SoS. Will there finally be consequences?

Today is 4th day in jail for Catherine Engelbrecht & Gregg Phillips for refusing to reveal name of confidential FBI informant. Meanwhile, in MI, Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson has yet to see any consequences from court rulings citing her violation of law in 5 separate cases. Perhaps that will change this afternoon as Judge Swartzle considers a Motion to hold Benson in contempt of 10/20/2022 court order.

Key to citizens having confidence in our election results is more transparency not less. Benson's unlawful guidelines, Proposal 2, the destruction of election records and FOIA obstruction all add up to attempts to steal elections.
Whatever the outcome of November 8th election, I am calling for a full forensic audit of the complete election record chain of custody! We have a constitutional right to an audit of statewide election results. We need an open examination of the MI Qualified Voter File, poll books, ballots and vote tallies. While focused upon various court actions today, something almost slipped by without notice - an apparent victory. Likely motivated by Ann Howard's motion to hold Jocelyn Benson in contempt of court, the MI SoS finally updated MI AV Counting Board manuals.
