Today, the federal election record protections for the 2020 General Election under USC 52 Section 20701 officially end. Thankfully, attorneys Dan Hartman and Russell Newman filed suit on September 1 to preserve these records in Michigan.

Curious as to why many courts reticent to take up election fraud cases? Here's one reason why. Canton, MI Clerk Mike Siegrist engaged in ex-parte communication with Judge Gerou in 6/22/20 email attempting to poison well against likely post-election fraud assertions. For the record, 170 yr old Jason Lemoyne did vote in #2020Election + Public Interest Legal Foundation filed lawsuit to remove 26,000+ dead people from MI voter rolls. MI SoS Jocelyn Benson opposed their removal. Get the picture?
