Pulmonary tumor thrombotic microangiopathy (PTTM) after COVID-19 vaccination:

"The patient was initially diagnosed with vaccine-associated myocarditis" ... "PTTM was later diagnosed during a pathological autopsy."
"Diagnosing PTTM is generally challenging; 79% of the cases are diagnosed after death. Patients may present with cough (85%), dyspnea (95%), hypoxemia (95%), anemia (84%), and thrombocytopenia (95%)."
