JUST IN: There is a strong chance that President Trump will be indicted today at 4 PM EST over January 6th.
The DOJ is going to try to give him the Proud Boy treatment with charges of seditious conspiracy so that individual states can file lawsuits to keep him off the ballot via sedition clauses.

Three years after January 6, everyone has already made up their mind about how they feel about Trump’s involvement in January 6, and relitigating the 2020 election in a court setting is not going to do anything to turn people against the future president regardless of how many times Andy McCarthy declares in National Review that “Trump Can’t Win.” There is no evidence suggesting these charges can stop him from running, winning, and pardoning himself, and the only thing accomplished is garnering more sympathy for Trump against a perverted justice system clearly stacked against him.
