Do not be too prideful to acknowledge your weaknesses! It will be your downfall. The faster you do this, the faster you can put people around you who fill these gaps. It’s liberating to finally admit “ok I suck at this but so-and-so doesn’t” and you rely on other people to make you an ubermensch and focus on what you are good at. Some people aren’t good at anything though.
