๐บ๐ธ Joshua Steinman of Galvanick has filed an amicus brief opposing birthright citizenship, highlighting the massive national security threat posed by the doctrine.
Recently, it was discovered that Chinese operatives were abusing the doctrine, potentially exposing America to national security vulnerabilities.
Through the amicus brief, Steinman hopes to provide the Supreme Court with another reason to rule against birthright citizenship.
The Supreme Court has yet to rule on President Trumpโs inaugural executive order that prompted the birthright citizenship review but is expected to do so in the coming months.
A reversal of the doctrine, regardless of scope, would radically transform immigration policy and allow the administration to aggressively reduce the foreign-born population.
A large share of โAmericansโ were anchor babies, with illegal immigrants using their children as a means to access welfare and secure their stay in the country.
These anchor babies also skew demographic data, since illegal immigrants themselves are less likely to receive welfare, but their citizen children are far more likely to access and abuse the welfare system.

Admin Note ๐:
"John Marshall has made his decision; now let him enforce it!" - Potentially apocryphal quote from President Andrew Jackson regarding the sovereignty of Cherokees in Georgia.
In a similar manner, also regarding matters of federal supremacy, executive supremacy and local sovereignty, the Trump administration seems to be ignoring the niggling and plentiful court orders leveled against it and its executive enforcement arms.
The pertinent question is: Is this intentional, or is the system so huge that many of these violations are not even known to the agencies doing them? Or are they being knowingly violated by mid-level staff?
Trump has yet to "cross the Rubicon" in a direct way, nor have they needed to considering their strong record in the supreme court. However, the court often magically finds in favor of whatever the executive branch is doing anyways as a means of maintaining its own legitimacy.
Has the Trump admin realized this, and effectively dared the lower courts to try and stop them?

An Indian dentist or other medical professional can't work in Europe currently, but in a few years it might be common.
Lowering all our tariffs while allowing them to keep some of theirs means this is a delocalization deal to move machinery and European factories to India, just as American companies like Apple are doing. India as the alternative to the enemy, China. From a foreign policy perspective, there is essentially no difference between Euro and American elites, apart from the Greenland issue.
