In other words, it's a call to disarm Hezbollah and all armed groups across Lebanon. In fact, we don’t even know the full details of what Lebanon has offered to Barak. Hezbollah for its part, has made it clear through repeated statements by Naim Qassem, especially in his recent speeches that it will not surrender its weapons. Contrary to Georges I believe Lebanon even with a beaten up Hezbollah will never be a threat to anyone anymore, and it will definitely be left out since it refuses to cooperate
