يظهر من نص البيان الصادر عن الإطار الثلاثي كما سمّى نفسه في واشنطن، والذي يضم أميركا وإسرائيل ولبنان، أنه اعتمد تزوير الوقائع والمفاهيم، خصوصًا إزاء المقاومة الشرعية وحقها ودورها الوطني، وإزاء من يمثّل التهديد الفعلي والقانوني للسيادة اللبنانية، فتعمّد نص البيان قلب الحقائق، وتبنّي وارتكاب المحرّمات والموبقات عن سابق قصدٍ وتصميم.

كما عبّر البيان عن خضوع السلطة اللبنانية بالكامل لمنطق الوصاية الأميركية، وعن تواطئها مع العدو الصهيوني ضد شعبها الأصيل المتمسك بأرضه، والرافض للاحتلال الإسرائيلي، والمضحي، والصامد، والعصيّ على الإذعان والاستسلام.

إن موقف السلطة اللبنانية المعبَّر عنه في البيان هو موقف يتجاوز الخزي والعار والخِسَّة، إلى التفريط بسيادة لبنان وبحقوق ومصالح اللبنانيين، وبكراماتهم وآمالهم، وإلى الاستخفاف بهم، والتدليس عليهم، وتزوير إرادتهم الوطنية الحرة والشريفة.

ويبقى أن لبّ وجوهر الاتفاق الإطار هذا، يكمن في دوره الشيطاني الخبيث، الذي يُراد منه تغطية بقاء الاحتلال الإسرائيلي للبنان، وتوفير مخرج مواربٍ يتوهّم مُوقّعو البيان أنه يتيح لأميركا التنصّل من التزامها الصريح مع إيران بمسؤوليتها عن الضغط على إسرائيل كي تنسحب نهائيًا من لبنان، وتحترم سيادته ووحدة أراضيه. فجاءت ديباجة هذا البيان الإطار لتعلن أن لبنان، وبرعاية أميركا، وافق على ما اشترطته عليه إسرائيل للانسحاب، وتعهّدا معًا نزع سلاح المقاومة كمقدمة لإعادة الانتشار الإسرائيلي، وليس الانسحاب الكامل.

إنه بيان مشؤوم ومرفوض جملةً وتفصيلًا، ويمثّل نعيق بومٍ في لبنان والمنطقة.

حمى الله لبنان واللبنانيين... والمسؤولية تعقد رهانها على الشرفاء الأحرار، والوطنيين الشجعان، والسياديين.

Defense Minister Israel Katz hails the "historic" deal between Israel and Lebanon signed yesterday, saying it "may, for the first time in decades, shape a new and safer reality along the northern border and in Lebanon."

He says that the IDF will not be entirely withdrawing from Lebanon, as he previously pledged, and the military will maintain its security zone , including the Beaufort Castle ridge area.

"The test will be the implementation of the agreement, and many challenges are still expected," Katz says, adding that he instructed the military to "prepare for a prolonged stay in the security zone and to make the necessary preparations to protect IDF soldiers and remove threats to the communities in the north."

"The important principle established in the agreement is that there will be... no withdrawal whatsoever as long as the Hezbollah terror organization has not been disarmed throughout Lebanon," he says.

He says the agreement "also constitutes a strategic blow to the Iranian axis."

"Iran attempted to force Israel to withdraw from Lebanon through threats and pressure on the United States, and failed," Katz says.

He also warns Tehran, saying that "If Iran attempts to attack Israel to prevent the implementation of the agreement, we will act against it with great force."

Reports that the IDF will withdraw from Zawtar should be taken lightly and mockery

Zawtar is a town that the IDF failed to occupy and couldn't demolish anything in it

A town which until today they don't fully occupy

And by forfeiting Zawtar they forfeit step by step Kfartabnit and Arnoun eventually

Why? Because no supply route and why?

Because Hezbullah was able to miraculously defend Ali al-Taher hill.

Had this hill fell? The whole middle and Eastern sector would have been annexed into the Israeli security zone because it controls by fire the major cities and towns in the area and connects Israel to its 1985 security belt.
