Following the Zionist regime’s violation of the ceasefire in southern Lebanon, a few hours ago the treaty-breaking American regime also, as always, violated its commitments.

Under various pretexts related to the movement of a violating ship through an unauthorized route in the Strait of Hormoz, it launched an air attack on the coasts of Iran.

In response to this aggression, the IRGC-Navy struck the US Army positions in the region.

According to Clause 5 of the Islamabad MoU, the arrangements for controlling passage and traffic in the Strait of Hormuz are under the authority of the Islamic Republic of Iran.

However, America, by provoking various sides, sought to violate this commitment, and the necessary response was given. From now on, it will be the same. If the aggression is repeated, our response will be broader than this.

❗️The Public Prosecutor issued a judicial order to the heads of the security agencies, tasking them with taking the necessary measures to prevent riots

The Public Prosecutor, Judge Ahmed Rami Al-Hajj, issued a judicial order to the Director General of the Internal Security Forces, Major General Raed Abdullah; the Director General of General Security, Major General Hassan Shqeir; the Director General of State Security, Major General Edgar Lawandos; and the Directorate of Military Intelligence of the Lebanese Army.

He tasked them with taking the necessary security measures and procedures to prevent riots, attacks on public and private property, road blockages, obstruction of citizens' movement, and all actions that could disrupt public order.

Judge Al-Hajj also requested that the security agencies work to identify the perpetrators in order to take appropriate legal action against them.

What I hate about Lebanon is the lack of institutions and how fragile decision making is

There is no oversight, no real representation, unfair distribution of power and positions based on the 50/50 rule of Christian and Muslim

The way the parliament has zero power and when it does, it's already sabotaged into 50/50 rule and votes means nothing

It's a shit country surrounded with shittier countries

A president and a PM, both backed by no parties take a decision without a government vote, without a parliamentary vote and then decide to use security forces to stop any protests

Worse? They sign a deal that goes against all what Lebanon ever stood of because they have personal grudges (Nawaf) and are traitors being handled by the U.S (Aoun)

Statement by his eminence on the traitorous Lebanese state agreement with Israel

بيان سماحة الأمين العام لحزب الله الشيخ نعيم قاسم حول اتفاق الإطار بين السلطة اللبنانية وكيان العدو الصهيوني:

1- أين أمانة السلطة اللبنانية ومسؤوليتها تجاه شعبها وحماية سيادة لبنان، والتي لم يعطها الوصي الأميركي وقف إطلاق النار، وعندما جاءها من محادثات باكستان بين أميركا وإيران في نيسان 2026 رفضته، ما جعل العدو الإسرائيلي يقوم بجريمة الأربعاء الأسود التي قتل فيها وجرح المئات وروَّع الناس وأحدثت الدمار بمئة غارة جوية على امتداد لبنان بدءًا من العاصمة بيروت؟

2- قلنا للسلطة بأنَّ المفاوضات المباشرة هي تنازلات مجانية خالصة لإسرائيل، لأنَّها اجتماعات فرض الإذعان لمطالب العدوان والإملاءات الإسرائيلية الأميركية بالكامل، وتذهبون إليها بخصومة واختلاف مع أكثر من نصف الشعب اللبناني، وخلافًا للدستور والقوانين التي تعتبر الكيان الإسرائيلي عدوًا وتحاسب قضائيًّا من يتعاطى معه قولًا أو عملًا، وليس بيدكم أي ورقة قوة تقارعون بها لأنَّكم تخليتم طوعًا عن قوة المقاومة والشعب، وطعنتم المقاومة في ظهرها باعتبارها خارجة عن القانون في قلب الحرب ومن أول لحظة فيها بقرار الحكومة المشؤوم في 2 آذار... وذلك خدمة للمشروع العدواني الإسرائيلي. لا يجدي اللعب على الألفاظ وتفسيرها بغير معناها، فالنتائج هي المقياس، هذا تفريط بسيادة لبنان بتقييم الصديق والعدو.

3- جاءت مذكرة التفاهم الإيرانية الأميركية فوضعت إيقاف الحرب على لبنان البند الأول، وعندما رفض العدو الإسرائيلي الالتزام أوقفت إيران الاتفاق واستمرت في إغلاق مضيق هرمز إلى أن ضغطت أميركا وألزمت العدو الإسرائيلي بوقف النار. وقد جاء في الفقرة الأولى من مذكرة التفاهم: "تعلن الولايات المتحدة وإيران وحلفاؤهما في الحرب الدائرة، من خلال توقيع مذكرة التفاهم هذه، وقفًا فوريًّا ودائمًا للعمليات العسكرية على كل الجبهات، بما في ذلك لبنان، وتتعهد من الآن فصاعدًا ألا تبادر إلى أي حرب أو أي عملية عسكرية بعضها ضد بعض، وأن تمتنع عن التهديد باستخدام القوة أو استخدامها بعضها ضد بعض، وبضمان سلامة أراضي لبنان وسيادته". ويكون التفاوض والتوصل إلى الاتفاق النهائي خلال ستين يومًا بحسب البند الثالث من المذكرة.

رفضت السلطة مرة جديدة إلى أن أفهمها العقلاء والمنخرطون في مذكرة التفاهم بأنَّ إطلاق النار سيتوقف وهو ما عجزتم عن تحصيله، وأنَّ مصلحة لبنان في ذلك، وأنَّ مفاوضات الانسحاب الإسرائيلي بيد لبنان ولا أحد يفاوض عنه، هذه هدية الشرف والكرامة والقوة من إيران الصمود والإباء إلى لبنان وشعبه ومقاومته.
مذكرة التفاهم تضمن "سلامة أراضي لبنان وسيادته"، والسيادة تتحقق بالانسحاب الإسرائيلي الكامل بالاتفاق عليه خلال ستين يومًا. هذه ورقة قوة بيد لبنان لم يكن يحلم بها. وإذ بالسلطة تتخلى في "اتفاق الإطار" عن أوراق القوة في مذكرة التفاهم، وعن قوة المقاومة وصمودها وتضحيات هذا الشعب اللبناني العظيم، وتُعطي إسرائيل مجانًا ما تُريد.

4- ما هذه السقطة المريعة؟ ما هذه الخطيئة الكبرى بالتخلي عن السيادة للعدو الإسرائيلي؟ يسمح نتنياهو بتمكين الجيش اللبناني في منطقتين تجريبيتين! ويراقب العدو انتشاره، وخطوات نزع السلاح، وتواكب اللجنة الثلاثية طلبات العدو، وقد تطول الفترة الزمنية التجريبية أشهرًا في المنطقتين، ولا يتم الانتقال إلى تجربة أخرى إلا بشهادة حسن سلوك من العدو الإسرائيلي، وتنفيذ ما عجزت عنه إسرائيل في الميدان! وكما قال نتنياهو: "ستبقى إسرائيل في الحزام الأمني حتى تجريد حزب الله من سلاحه في لبنان، ولن يعود الأهالي إلى منطقة الاحتلال".
السلطة تشرعن بقاء الاحتلال إلى سنوات طويلة وقد تصل إلى ضمّ هذه الأراضي إلى الكيان الصهيوني! هذا اتفاق حرمان اللبنانيين من العودة إلى أرضهم. ما علاقة العدو الإسرائيلي بشؤوننا الداخلية في لبنان؟ يجب أن ينحصر أي اتفاق بجنوب نهر الليطاني ولا ارتباط له بأي شأن داخلي لبناني حول السلاح والأمن ومستقبل البلد.
إنَّ ربط الانسحاب الإسرائيلي بنزع سلاح المقاومة من كل لبنان طرحٌ خطير جدًا يتجاوز كل الخطوط الحمراء، ويجعل لبنان ألعوبة بيد العدو الإسرائيلي!!
بذريعة التزام لبنان بنزع السلاح كي تنسحب إسرائيل من لبنان، ستكون كل قطعة سلاح في أي مكان من لبنان تعني عدم التزام لبنان! فكيف والسلاح لن يُنزع قطعًا، ولا يحق لأحد أن يحرم اللبنانيين من حق الدفاع عن النفس والأرض ضد المحتل لأرضنا والقاتل لشعبنا. على العدو أن ينسحب لأنه معتدٍ ومحتل باتفاق يعالج الأسباب المباشرة وهو ما حصل في 27/11/2024، وأي تجاوز لهذا السقف مكافأة لإسرائيل بعد هزيمة مشروعها، وتفريط بسيادة لبنان.

5- اتفاق الإطار في واشنطن مذلةٌ وعارٌ وتنازلٌ عن السيادة. هذا الاتفاق منعدم الوجود، ويجب تطبيق مندرجات مذكرة التفاهم الإيرانية الأميركية. سنتابع بكل الوسائل اللازمة والضغوطات الدولية والعربية ليلتزم العدو الإسرائيلي بالبند الأول من مذكرة التفاهم، والانسحاب من لبنان.
ونقول للسلطة اللبنانية: آن لكم أن تتراجعوا عن خطيئاتكم التي تُخرب لبنان، فهذه فضيلة تسجل لكم بعد الآثام، ونحن حاضرون لنتعاون ونكون معًا من أجل سيادة لبنان وتحرير أرضه وطرد المحتل الإسرائيلي، واستعادة الأسرى، وعودة الأهالي، وإعادة الإعمار، وبناء البلد، والتفاهم على استراتيجية الأمن الوطني.
لم يكن وقف إطلاق النار ليحصل لولا التضحيات العظيمة للمقاومين وأهلهم والشعب اللبناني. سنحافظ على أمانة الشهداء والجرحى والأسرى وتضحيات أهل الأرض والجيش اللبناني وتضحيات كل الهيئات والجهات التي قدمت الشهداء والجرحى، ونستمر كمقاومة في الميدان لدحر الاحتلال. لم نترك الميدان في أصعب الظروف ولن نتركه، فهذا هو الخير والخلاص. قال تعالى، "انْفِرُوا خِفَافاً وَثِقَالاً وَجَاهِدُوا بِأَمْوَالِكُمْ وَأَنْفُسِكُمْ فِي سَبِيلِ اللهِ ذَلِكُمْ خَيْرٌ لَكُمْ إِنْ كُنْتُمْ تَعْلَمُونَ"(التوبة 41).

تصريح رئيس كتلة الوفاء للمقاومة النائب محمد رعد حول بيان "الإطار الثلاثي"

يظهر من نص البيان الصادر عن الإطار الثلاثي كما سمّى نفسه في واشنطن، والذي يضم أميركا وإسرائيل ولبنان، أنه اعتمد تزوير الوقائع والمفاهيم، خصوصًا إزاء المقاومة الشرعية وحقها ودورها الوطني، وإزاء من يمثّل التهديد الفعلي والقانوني للسيادة اللبنانية، فتعمّد نص البيان قلب الحقائق، وتبنّي وارتكاب المحرّمات والموبقات عن سابق قصدٍ وتصميم.

كما عبّر البيان عن خضوع السلطة اللبنانية بالكامل لمنطق الوصاية الأميركية، وعن تواطئها مع العدو الصهيوني ضد شعبها الأصيل المتمسك بأرضه، والرافض للاحتلال الإسرائيلي، والمضحي، والصامد، والعصيّ على الإذعان والاستسلام.

إن موقف السلطة اللبنانية المعبَّر عنه في البيان هو موقف يتجاوز الخزي والعار والخِسَّة، إلى التفريط بسيادة لبنان وبحقوق ومصالح اللبنانيين، وبكراماتهم وآمالهم، وإلى الاستخفاف بهم، والتدليس عليهم، وتزوير إرادتهم الوطنية الحرة والشريفة.

ويبقى أن لبّ وجوهر الاتفاق الإطار هذا، يكمن في دوره الشيطاني الخبيث، الذي يُراد منه تغطية بقاء الاحتلال الإسرائيلي للبنان، وتوفير مخرج مواربٍ يتوهّم مُوقّعو البيان أنه يتيح لأميركا التنصّل من التزامها الصريح مع إيران بمسؤوليتها عن الضغط على إسرائيل كي تنسحب نهائيًا من لبنان، وتحترم سيادته ووحدة أراضيه. فجاءت ديباجة هذا البيان الإطار لتعلن أن لبنان، وبرعاية أميركا، وافق على ما اشترطته عليه إسرائيل للانسحاب، وتعهّدا معًا نزع سلاح المقاومة كمقدمة لإعادة الانتشار الإسرائيلي، وليس الانسحاب الكامل.

إنه بيان مشؤوم ومرفوض جملةً وتفصيلًا، ويمثّل نعيق بومٍ في لبنان والمنطقة.

حمى الله لبنان واللبنانيين... والمسؤولية تعقد رهانها على الشرفاء الأحرار، والوطنيين الشجعان، والسياديين.
