Trump asked each adviser for input: Vance: “Bad idea, but I’ll support you”. Rubio: Only support if goal = military, not regime change. Military: outlined risks, but didn’t oppose. Legal: said it was permissible. Political team: warned of backlash, but deferred.

No one firmly blocked the decision.

📰 Today: IDF Not Planning to Advance Deeper Into Lebanon, Senior Military Officers Say

The army fears that if the U.S. continues its war against Iran, Israel will find it difficult to end the campaign in Lebanon alone, with reserve forces already overstretched.

For now, IDF forces have halted 10 kilometers south of the Litani, aiming to prevent anti-tank fire into northern Israel

The IDF is one the most efficient and effective militaries in the world which has all the tools to win anything it sets its eyes on.
