﴿مِنَ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ رِجَالٌ صَدَقُوا مَا عَاهَدُوا اللَّهَ عَلَيْهِ فَمِنْهُم مَّن قَضَىٰ نَحْبَهُ وَمِنْهُم مَّن يَنتَظِرُ وَمَا بَدَّلُوا تَبْدِيلًا﴾
نتقدم بأحر آيات العزاء والتبريك إلى صاحب العصر والزمان (عجل الله تعالى فرجه الشريف)، وإلى الولي القائد السيد مجتبى الخامنئي (حفظه الله)، وإلى قيادة الجمهورية الإسلامية الإيرانية، وإلى شعبها العظيم الصامد والمجاهد، باستشهاد أمين الثورة الإسلامية وجمهوريتها وشعبها، والحافظ الأمين لنهج الإمام الخميني (قدس سره) وخط الإمام القائد الشهيد السيد علي الخامنئي (رضوان الله عليه)، أمين المجلس الأعلى للأمن القومي علي لاريجاني، الذي ارتقى إلى ربّه شهيدًا صائمًا قائمًا، بعد مسيرة طويلة من الجهاد والعمل الدؤوب فيما عاهد الله عليه في خدمة الإسلام المحمدي الأصيل وخدمة المسيرة القرآنية المباركة، وفي الدفاع عن الجمهورية الإسلامية وسيادتها وثوابتها، وقضايا الأمة الإسلامية، وذلك إثر عدوان أميركي - إسرائيلي إرهابي غادر استهدفه مع نجله وعدد من رفاقه.
إن الجمهورية الإسلامية الإيرانية، وهي تواجه اليوم العدوان الأميركي - الصهيوني الهمجي، وفي ظل تآمر العالم عليها، وتقدم في سبيل هذا الدفاع المقدس التضحيات العظام وقوافل الشهداء والقادة الكبار، فهي لا تدافع عن نفسها وشعبها فقط، وهو حقّ مشروع تكفله كل المواثيق الدولية، بل تدافع أيضًا عن كرامة الأمة الإسلامية وعزّتها واستقلالها، وعن شعوب المنطقة وكل الأحرار والشرفاء في هذا العالم، وتتصدى للاختلالات العميقة التي تعتور النظام الدولي وتحمي ما تبقى من عدالة ومن قيم إنسانية في عالم داست فيه الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية ومعها الكيان الصهيوني كل القوانين والأعراف والمواثيق، وتُسقط بصمودها وثباتها ومقاومتها التاريخية كل المخططات والمشاريع الاستيطانية والاستعمارية والتفتيتية التي يعمل العدو الأميركي - الصهيوني على تنفيذها لإخضاع شعوب المنطقة ونهب ثرواتها وفرض هيمنته المطلقة على حاضرها ومستقبلها.
إننا في حزب الله، إذ ندين هذا الاغتيال الجبان واستمرار العدوان الأميركي - الإسرائيلي الإجرامي، نؤكد أن اغتيال القادة لن يكسر من إرادة الجمهورية الإسلامية، ولا في النيل من عزيمة قيادتها وشعبها ومجاهديها، وستظل الجمهورية الإسلامية ركيزة المشروع المناهض للاستكبار الأميركي والتوسع الصهيوني مهما عظمت التضحيات.

The martyrdom of the Turkish driver Hüseyin Fırat, who was targeted and killed in a helpless manner by the enemy United States and Israel on Iranian soil, is a clear indicator that the aggressors are targeting the innocent and civilians.
In this blessed month, I wish God's mercy upon that esteemed martyr and offer my condolences to his family.

The Israeli political echelon instructed the IDF to occupy the first line of villages in southern Lebanon and any area where there is an anti-tank threat - and to hold the territory "until further notice."
This means all 40 Lebanese border villages, that fall in the range of anti-tank guns ...about 10-12 km
"Until further notice" means forces that may remain in Lebanese territory for months in the "Jenin, Syria, and Yellow Line in Gaza model."
All of this is before advancing to more forward lines.

The US-Israel strikes on Iran have changed all that — effectively closing the crucial maritime chokepoint and leaving a gigantic fuel hole for developing nations to fill.
Eastern and southern African nations rely on the Middle East for three quarters of supply. Kenya is particularly at risk, having renewed a contract with heavyweights Aramco, Adnoc, and Enoc — all from the Gulf — just last year.
Adding to the grim outlook are the scores of refineries from Mombasa and Lusaka to Durban and Limbe that have shut over the past decade, serving as monuments to a lack of investment.
Several projects have been pitched in recent years to build new capacity, but plants have remained closed. South Africa stands as the most severe example, with domestic refining being cut in half.
Billionaire Aliko Dangote’s 650,000 barrel-a-day plant has ramped up fast after initial construction delays, yet it won’t be able to make up for supply that comes from the Gulf, especially after meeting commitments in its home market, Nigeria.
Prices will soon be — or have already been — hiked, driving inflation and setting back hopes of lower interest rates. Costs are set to climb sharply when South Africa does its monthly adjustment in April — diesel is seen spiking to a record — and there’s not much the Treasury can do about it.
Smaller countries also suffer from chronic foreign-exchange shortages that will hold up fuel deliveries, while strategic oil storage is a luxury few governments can afford or even want to spend money on.
