We here mostly were too young to fully witness or understand 1982 or 2000 but today in 2024 we saw it all.

We saw how the Lebanese state didn't care about south Lebanon and how the Lebanese didn't care and abandoned us, again and again.

The IDF is currently an occupying force who is violating the ceasefire agreement to end the war, and should have withdrawn.

THE LEAST minimum the Lebanese army can do is advance to where the locals reached and create checkpoints there to ensure a new territory is liberated today.

The least they could do if they don't want to initiate or do anything else. Just take responsibility.

🥀 Locals were able to retrieve the bodies of some martyrs in Aita al-Shaab who were killed during the war.

There are dozens lost in the fields and under rubble and are yet to be recovered.

📸 Many of surviving civilian houses in Aita al-Shaab are rigged by the IDF to be demolished.

Destroying civilian houses is a grave war crime

Israeli media is mad and frustrated because they consider the agreement signed by them with Lebanon failed and was weak.

That they won this war but the ceasefire agreement didn't include a demilitarized zone or a buffer zone...which led to what we saw today.

They are saying how will northern settlers come back and they can see Lebanese civilian with Hezbullah flags so close.

🥀 Locals tell the Lebanese army soldiers that they are parents of martyrs and want to go search for their sons and won't leave until they find them.

For the first time, the Lebanese army is deployed inside the town...
