The IDF was NOT ordred to stay in the eastern sector of Lebanon yet.

The IDF was INFORMED they might stay, but the political echelon is still negotiating with Trump's team to take permission.

Nothing is finalized yet.

🇮🇱l🇱🇧 The enemy's security cabinet has not issued any decision regarding withdrawal from the places where the Israeli enemy army is present in southern Lebanon, and this means that the situation will remain as it is,

i.e. the Israeli enemy army will not withdraw by Sunday morning.

The last withdrawals were done a few days ago in Tyre district, from Sheheen and al-Jebayn.

The IDF will stay in some areas of southern Lebanon beyond day 60 of the ceasefire agreement, the Prime Minister's Office says.

In a statement, the PMO says that the military's gradual withdrawal from south Lebanon is "supposed to" take place within 60 days, but according to the text of the agreement, could last longer.

"The IDF's withdrawal process is conditional on the Lebanese army deploying in southern Lebanon and fully and effectively enforcing the agreement, while  Hezbollah withdraws beyond the Litani River," the PMO says.

"Since the ceasefire agreement has not yet been fully enforced by the state of Lebanon, the gradual withdrawal process will continue, in full coordination with the United States," the statement adds.

The IDF is currently deployed to several villages in southern Lebanon, mostly in the eastern sector. The Lebanese Armed Forces have been deploying to villages in the western sector in recent weeks as the IDF has withdrawn.

For 4 months that IDF has been bulldozing the border towns...non-stop

What is the extra time needed? To bulldoze new towns that they didn't enter during the war not during the ceasefire?

The Lebanese army, the Lebanese president, the PM, and the ceasefire committee should issue a statement asap. Being complicit is unacceptable. This should be treated as a crisis and an emergency.

Hezbullah is fully cooperating with the Lebanese authorities’ decision, and the Lebanese army has monitored the implementation of about 500 missions, uncovered potential Hezbullah sites, dismantled infrastructure, and confiscated weapons.

They mean the longer stay of Israeli forces in Lebanon.

Neither the Lebanese government or army commented. No statement and no demands to meet the ambassador to question about this grave violation.

🇱🇧l🇮🇱l🇺🇸 Yesterday, Hezbullah thwarted a spying operation near the Sayyed al-Shuhada complex in al-Ruwais and arrested an Algerian and his Italian wife as they were secretly taking pictures from inside a taxi.

A camera equipped with a GPS system and that can be controlled remotely was seized from them.

Two Frenchmen were also arrested after being suspected of taking pictures in Haret Hreik.

The detainees were handed over to the Lebanese General Security.
