Let's be clear on something:

1- Not all Israeli threats are empty. Treating them as so blinded us from knowing when they actually meant it and exposed some of their plans and knowledge

And vise versa

2- No, Israel didn't officially say they are going to stay beyond the 60 days. The Jews said they "aren't bound by time" but by "operational needs". Operation needs they can be a achieved in one day or one century. It's a mere political assessment in reality

They have neither received orders to stay longer nor have they claimed so. They are just saying what is expected from a position of power that imply they can dedicate.

3- The Israelis announced the military assessment is prime for the settlers to go home. This is major and was echoed by the finance minister smotrich who is responsible for compensation and rebuilding and funds. He is a war hawk.

This is the first positive sign for Lebanon. A credible one.

Saying they can return starting 1-March, do you think the Israelis are willing to start a war in February? Conflicts shouldn't last forever, even the rabid Jewish war machine knows.

What they intended to achieve, in short terms, they did. They know the level of damage they caused. Any new conflict is futile for now. The goals here are different from the goals in Gaza. The pressure on them here is different than in Gaza. There it's vs a territory. Here its versus a state.

4- Do not expect Hezbullah to sabotage peace now, and they will be patient even if those 60 days pass with limited Israeli presence. Who cares about a few extra days when the grander goal is much longer peace. Wait it out, it'll work out.

(Btw some people made wrong comments here about Hezbullah and the war conduct. I'll elaborate on this later, no "will" today)

🇱🇧 Hezbullah's liaison Wafiq Safa gave a speech today as part of his first public presence and tackled very important points.

The army states clearly, these actions were a violation of the ceasefire

📸 During today's tour, Wafiq Safa and Ali Ayoub appeares in full health after a lot of fake rumors about their injury or martyrdom during the war.

The event took place today at the sight of the martyrdom of Sayyed Hassan.

🇱🇧 Gaegae and his party genuinely had hopes that this war would crush Hezbullah and he can finally have enough momentum in Lebanon to become president.

However, not even Saudi Arabia and the U.S.A gace him enough motivation.

The remarks by Safa sparked a lot of anger among the Lebanese Forces party and didn't spare any attack.

They went nuts over Safa calling Gaegae "a man with a destructive project", while all he did was not only encourage the Israeli war and openly celebrate it and its results but was part of the sedition and inciting again spilling Shia blood in Lebanon. This is well documented and can't be denied.

Some of many things the Lebanese Forces party said during the historic and devastating war on the Lebanese Shia.

The issue is, they talk so then get angry when Hezbullah doesn't see them as equals or partners. It highlights their hypocrisy and their delusion.

🇱🇧 Hajj Wafiq Safa on the presidential file:

"The only veto is on Samir Geagea because he is a destructive project and a project of war and strife in the country."

His remarks cut the chances of Gaegae to see presidency.

🇱🇧l🇮🇱 During the Israeli operation in Taybeh, a town they didn't enter during the war and only started to ravage during the ceasefire...they found a rocket launcher and confiscated it.

Taybeh is several km deep in Lebanon.

🇱🇧l🇺🇸l🇸🇦 Amos Hochstein is in Riyadh to discuss the latest developments in Lebanon with Saudi Arabia’s top diplomat, Prince Faisal bin Farhan.

The US envoy will travel to Beirut tomorrow, per officials. During his visit he will tell Lebanon about the U.S position on the Lebanese presidential elections and will chair the ceasefire committee.

MTV today did their usual warmongering, claiming Amos told Lebanese officials that the Lebanese army either deploys 10,000 soldiers in Lebanon soon or the Israeli withdrawal will be delayed 30-60 days.

🇱🇧l🇸🇾 Earlier today a force from the Lebanese army closed the illegal Shahira crossing in the oil pipeline area - Wadi Khaled on the northern border in Akkar. (Sunni town)

There has also been an uptick in secterain attacks on Syrians in Tripoli by Lebanese Sunnis who are hunting for Syrian Alawites or Shia.

Several videos circulated on social media today.

🇱🇧 A local media channel is communicating with a number of Shia activists to find who was affected by the war to talk about "Hezbullah's failure to compensate those affected".

So far, they find none. (Tell me about your experience in the comments. About your families and compensations. But no names or details)

They even reached the point of communicating with people from the Amal Movement for the same purpose, and so far all of the channel's attempts have failed!

❗️Israeli forces (Jews) kidnapped a number of Lebanese and Syrian farmers and shepherds, including a small girl, while they were working in the Majidiyeh plain in southern Lebanon

❗️Of the 14 kidnapped by the Israeli army, 10 are Syrians.

There is also one Lebanese soldier between the kidnapped.

🇮🇱l🇱🇧 LBCI documents the entry of a convoy of the Lebanese Army and UNIFIL from Al-Bayada towards Naqoura, after a series of previous attempts to enter without success due to the lack of Israeli permission.

This comes in parallel with the meeting of the five-member committee in the presence of Amos Hochstein.

Naqoura is the first border town to which the army has returned to.

✍The worse part? The town didn't fall under Israeli occupation during the war at all. They only entered it during the ceasefire.

The bodies of 5 more Hezbullah martyrs were found in that one neighborhood in Khiyam town, according to civil defense.

The town witnessed the most intense battles for 66 days straight.
