Ghasham, who refused to leave her home since the beginning of the Israeli aggression, was executed a few days ago by the Israeli soldiers.

Bullet wounds have been identified in her body.

She stayed in her house during the 2006 war and during this war in 2024. She was killed after the ceasefire.

🇸🇾 The new Syrian administration has promoted dozens of officers to now lead the new military, as they put effort into disarming factions and integrating them under one command.

The plot twist is, at least 3 of the 5 promoted brigadier generals are NOT Syrian. Many lower ranks aren't.

Add to that, many of those given titles, were never part of the army and just given a rank.

Notably to showcase this situation more, a Palestinian from Khan Younis (Gaza) was the one organizing and leading the military parade in Damascus on Friday.

The funniest part, is that those same people who falsely claimed that Bachar al-Assad gave thousands of Lebanese, Iraqis, Iranians, etc the Syrian citizenship (which never happened lol), are promoting non-Syrians to lead the new military after they came illegally to Syria to fight against its legitimate administration.

Asking Alawites to bark has been the trend with the soldiers of the new Syrian administration in an attempt to degrade them.

🇱🇧l🇮🇱 The New York times provided a general showcasing of the situation that led to the dramatic assassinations of Hezbullah's leadership in this war and as we expected it was from many layers.

They detail some:

- They planted trackers inside some rockets delivered from Iran to Hezbullah which allowed them to identify where Hezbullah were hiding them in Lebanon.

- They recruited spies inside Hezbullah to plant spying devices in HQs.

- They obtained in 2012 a trove of secret documents form Hezbullah that revealed most of the secret HQs and safe houses, which allowed them to spy on them

Etc etc... as I expected, the breach happened from Iran, from Syria and from inside Hezbullah itself.

Document wise, yeah unfortunately and but that's a security issue and lack of protocols in Hezbullah about securing data.

They will have to either make drastic changed in security or risk evaporating all the effort buildup in any future war.

🇱🇧l🇮🇱 As for walkie-talkie they confirm they had 15,000 of them rigged with explosives but barely a few hundred exploded.

Majority was still in storage and off, that's why they didn't have an impact. The IDF rushed to detonate them instead of waiting to when Hezbullah mobilized for the war.

After 2006, Hezbullah had two major beaches that contributed to this matter. Both were leadership.

One was the head of the external operations in Hezbullah and the other was the head of training division and had a role in rockets.

One was arrested early 2010's and the other, Abu Turab arrested close to 2014, as in 2 years after the IDF got that info.

Abu Turab aka Mohamed al-Hajj died inside a prison operated by Hezbullah in 2021. They used to allow his kids to meet him and his wife to visit (before she got a divorce). He was married two.

When he was arrested, Hezbullah took many bags from inside his apartment.

Just curse who sells out. No money or women or even jealousy is enough to make you become a traitor. Curse be upon the previous and current ones.

The report by NYT is very reliable excluding the part about the mistresses.

This has been always the Mossad's and Shin Bet's dirty rhetoric about their foe, from the time of Fatah to Hamas to Hezbullah.

Rest, its likely true because its very plausible and unfortunately not something that didn't happen.

Gathering information is rather easy, and you'd only need one access point to build a treasure of information.

I might write about this soon, how information gathering happens and how Hezbullah is expected to act.

Documents wise, its unfortunate to know there wasn't enough tight security. The rumors were always that the top secrets, were always secret, they were never digitized and written on paper.

To those papers to be lost, or any of them, should highlight how Hezbullah should deal with HQ security on all levels. And the accuracy of the Israeli intelligence in both assassinations and hierarchy, highlights how well they know...like an HR.

🇱🇧l🇮🇱l🇺🇳 After several Israeli attempts to advance to new areas to find infrastructure for the resistance, the UN is doing the task on their behalf.

UNIFIL forces have been conducting patrols since early morning in the valleys between Qusayr, Deir Siryan, Adshit Qusayr and Qantara to search for military installations of the resistance.

These areas were never cleared by the Israeli army during the war, and the attempts to advance towards them during the ceasefire were faced by condemnations as grave violations of the ceasefire.

🇱🇧 Al-Akhbar learned that the first days of the new year, separating us from the January 9 presidential session, will witness foreign visits to Beirut, represented by American, French and Saudi delegations.

They are expected to promote the army commander and announce a clear position in support of him.

This will most likely not lead to the election of a president, unless Parliament Speaker Nabih Berri agrees, along with Hezbullah, and only if international talks includes an offer to Lebanon and a commitment to support.

However, if it becomes clear that there is no ability to secure consensus on Aoun’s name, this will force everyone to return to discussing other names.

Informed sources said, “The candidacy of the head of the Forces, Samir Geagea, is unlikely, as he is also one of the internal parties that are subject to pressure to proceed with Aoun’s candidacy, and there is no indication of support for him,”

So he “prefers to postpone the session for two additional months, awaiting clarity in the United States and its policy towards the region, which may provide conditions that support his candidacy.”
