🇱🇧l🇺🇳 "[Beirut] condemns Netanyahu’s position and the Israeli aggression against UNIFIL."

Lebanese PM Najib Mikati has slammed Israeli PM Netanyahu’s demand to move UN peacekeepers away from Lebanon’s border.

🇺🇳 In a statement today, the UN confirms the IDF advance towards Ramiah village in Lebanon passed through their base

They announced:

- Early this morning, peacekeepers at a UN position in Ramyah observed three platoons of IDF soldiers crossing the Blue Line into Lebanon.

- At around 4:30 a.m., while peacekeepers were in shelters, two IDF Merkava tanks destroyed the position’s main gate and forcibly entered the position. They requested multiple times that the base turn out its lights.

- The tanks left about 45 minutes later after UNIFIL protested through our liaison mechanism, saying that IDF presence was putting peacekeepers in danger.

- At around 6:40 a.m., peacekeepers at the same position reported the firing of several rounds 100 metres north, which emitted smoke.

- In addition, yesterday, IDF soldiers stopped a critical UNIFIL logistical movement near Meiss ej Jebel, denying it passage. The critical movement could not be completed.

🇱🇧l🇮🇱 On the other sector, the Israeli army's 146th located an abandoned and old tunnel system.

They proceeded to destroy it.

📸 In the whole system, they only found two vests, one grenade, and few wires.

📹 Aftermath of yesterday's Israeli attacks on Nabatieh business district, that caused extensive damages to the whole neighborhood and destroyed countless shops, houses, and even a mosque

📸 Several thieves were arrested in Zefta town who were trying to steal from the abandoned houses.

They were beaten, shaved, and tied to the street pole with a sign saying 'theif". This has been the current treatment for anyone trying to trespass and steal during this war.

🦌 And in non-war news, a pack of deers walked into Aita al-Shaab border town, passing through its streets and houses.

❗️ Renewed red alerts for rockets in the western upper Galilee inside the military zone and the town of Naharriyya

A large explosion was reported by settlers in northern Israel

The soldiers were gathered to move towards the war in Lebanon, and invade our towns and villages.

At least 5 of the soldiers are in critical condition, some already declared dead. The attack as based on accurate intelligence by Hezbullah deep inside Israel.

This reminds me of the Ketyusha rocket in 2006 that landed between the buses of soldiers moving towards Lebanon, killing 13.

📹 The attack impacted in the food court of the soldiers feasting before leaving for Lebanon.
